Quick, knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all efficient. Fixed our fridge with good generic part because they understood the mechanics of the unit and knew what was needed, not just guessing and replacing expensive OEM parts to see what would fix it. Then they offered free advice on cleaning our dish washer (worked great) and what to look for when we replace our washer/dryer. They will be my first call for any appliance repair.
