I was having problems with my account while I was trying to get a new phone, but Brandon and Kylie (I hope I'm spelling their names correctly) were very patient and helped me get what I wanted. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness. I will always go out of my way to get products from them from now on. Thanks so much!!

Kiley at this location is amazing! I went in for an accessory for my husband. She directed me to the most appropriate one for his needs & showed me the one that was more affordable without pushing the more expensive items. I had a problem with a device & customer services hadn't been super helpful so I asked her while there. Kiley is an excellent problem solver & got me fixed up with a new device while saving the hoops & excessive cost. She is prompt & offered great follow up to let me know items were in. When I went to pick up, she remembered me as a person and asked if I was still interested in a charger. Whereas I probably wouldn't have bought the charger right away, of course I wanted her to have my business. No strong arming & she helped me use a coupon. Thank you, Kiley!

Very helpful. They helped us pick out a new phone and set it up for us. I definitely recommend this store over the big one in Lima.

Kiley was fantastic! She brought out the newest Samsung phones for me to see and was helpful in telling me the price difference of each. I also liked the fact that in COVID times I could actually go into a store, see phones, and make a well informed decision. She plainly explained to me (which I needed) how my pay off of my old phone and the trade in value worked. This helped me understand exactly what I would be getting. I so appreciated her attention and patience with me. When you go, ask for Kiley.

I was very frustrated with another employee and I called complaining to the manager. I was angry and cussing up a storm. Kiley the manager was a total pro! She replied with a calm tone. Trying her best to resolve the issue. I eventually apologized for my behavior. Kuddos to Kiley for great customer service!

I went to this store to buy a new phone. After talking with one of the stores very helpful representatives I made the purchase of my new galaxy. I would recommend this store to anybody interested in adding lines, looking for a new phone, or just any hardware accessories. I highly reccomend Kiley, she was supportive of all my questions, and had a great attitude towards customer service. She was the reason this store gets 5 stars.

We purchased new phones and were treated very well by both even with the number of questions we asked! I just want to say what amazingly helpful Thomas was with me when I upgraded my phone. He answered all my questions and made sure I knew how to use the features of the phone. He never made me feel stupid when I ask him to show how to do things for the 3rd time, he just answered the question or showed me what I needed to do. Thank you so very much for everything

I really enjoyed our recent experience at Verizon Wireless in Delphos. Garrett was extraordinarily helpful and took the time to answer our questions (which were many). When my husband and I left the store we had everything we needed and knew how to use it.

I had to get a replacement phone for my daughter. I received the replacement phone via FedEx, however when I tried to change it out I had to change the SIM card which required a special tool. This tool was not included with the new phone. I tried several times to get help from the Verizon customer service line, zero help what so ever! I call this location since it was the closest to me. I explained the situation to Samantha who happened to be the only person working. She told me no problem, just bring it in and she’d be happy to help. I took the phone in, she changed out the SIM card for us and explained everything else we needed to do and what to do if everything didn’t transfer over. She also said to call back if we had any questions at all. Great customer service! I will definitely be going there for any future assistance instead of calling Verizon customer service!

Garret was extremely helpful and knows his stuff.He was downloading data for two new phones and helping a 3rd customer with a damaged phone all in the same 30 minutes.His employer should be impressed with this work ethic!

I had to get a new phone as my Android went swimming with Nemo on a trip to Myrtle Beach. I am a diabetic and wear a Dexcom to read my blood sugars. Garret did everything he possibly could to get me connected to a new Android, but as it turns out Dexcom is not compatible with the new Androids. He even contacted Dexcom’s technical division himself in an attempt to make the phone work for me. Unfortunately it could not be done and he had to start all over with an IPhone. Garret was so kind and so patient and literally spent hours doing this for me. Then he spent a great deal of time teaching me the fine art of an IPHONE , as I have never used one before. He was extremely kind and extremely patient with me, an old lady. I don’t know what I would have done without him. He went way beyond what he should have had to do as far as completely setting up two phones, all because one app wouldn’t work. But he felt my health and life were much more important than the cost of a new Android phone and his time. He will never know how extremely grateful I will forever be and I will tell everyone I know about this young man’s dedication. I hope his boss knows and appreciates what a valuable employee he/she has in Garret.
