Love every time I go here! They always have the best selection of cigars and glass! Gavin the manager and all the other employees are always so helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell, especially cigars! It’s very nice knowing the flavor profiles, origin, brand backstory, and more every time my wife and I go in for our weekly purchases! Also, many of the staff actually purchase the products sold at the store so I can be confident that I’m getting honest opinions on what I am purchasing. I highly recommend this location and the Mt. Pleasant location for any of your tobacco and glass needs as you’ll get the great prices and discounts that Wild Bill’s offers as well as amazing service and knowledge from the employees of both locations.

A wonderful woman helped me pick exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to upgrade from what I had. They have discounted glass, she asked my budget and took me right where I needed to be! Didn't try to oversell me on anything. I also got a 20% discount on top of the discounted item. 🤯 AMAZING! We picked up a few things, and all the employees were super helpful with everything. Great experience.

Mary is an absolute gem! She was so sweet and personable not only with me, but also with the customer before me. I usually go to the Wild Bill's in Mt. Pleasant but will honestly start coming to this location just to see her again! She really made my day.
