This is an already busy area with lots of vehicular traffic moving about I say too fast. Outparcel construction means only more traffic and even more danger. Be careful coming here. 🚧

I was told by an older gentleman that I had to buy a separate box to return an Amazon package even though I was shipping it in the same box it came in. I was charged almost $8.00 for a separate box. He told me that Amazon didn’t understand how the shipping worked but that is not something I can control. This is something that needs to be handled between Amazon and UPS

I won’t recommend or be back to this location. One of the three ladies behind the counter was just down right rude!
Peyton was such a wonderful help but the other one, didn’t catch her name, just made my blood boil and made it a bad customer experience.
While working with Peyton, the rude one kept distracting her almost as if to delay us being processed then didn’t even say as much as a sorry.

The older woman and man own the store. I wouldn't come to this store looking for notary service because they don't offer it. There were no other customers in store, 2 people working, and I was told that they were under staffed by the man. Susan offered to do the notary after I went back inside to ask for their names so I could speak with supervisor. That's when she said they own the store. All these review comments from owner are making it sounds like it's a mystery whats going on in store but they already know what's happening. I will be taking my business somewhere else. I did not have Susan do notary because I will not give my money to a business that keeps refusing to offer a service they advertise.

Had better experience in the past with a younger person. The lady in grey hair was rude, condescending and unhelpful. They don't honor online UPS prices and trick you into getting a bigger box. They do not tell you how much it will cost you to ship and then pack everything forcing you to pay whatever price they want. They charged double the price than what was showing on UPS website and gave lame excuses that they don't carry the box that was on UPS website. The younger people working at the store are much helpful and polite. UPS needs to do something about their franchises! They are giving a bad reputation to UPS.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience here. We went in to get a notary at 6 pm on a Tuesday. They were open until 6:30 and there were no other customers in the store. The older man who seemed to be running the store told us to come back the next day for a notary because it was too late in the day. We came back the next day during the hours he told us of between 10 am- 2 pm, and he quickly said he didn't have time and to try another store. He responded abruptly and seemed to have short patience. There were only 2 other customers in the store and 2 employees working.

The older man that is the notary refused to perform the notary services two days in a row stating that they were just too short staffed and there was no one else in the store. He just refused to do it. This store should NOT offer notary services if they never provide them. The stores poor rating is due to these poor lazy employees. Do not go to this store at William Burgess by Publix . Save yourself some annoyance and go 5 miles away to the other one.

I went in right when the store opened yesterday morning to get some papers notarized. When I walked in the older woman just stared at me and looked annoyed. There was a young gentlemen who noticed she was ignoring me so he walked up from the back of the store to greet me. He was very friendly. I asked if I could get some papers notarized. The older woman said "we don't usually notarize things until after 10, can you come back?" I said you no, are you the notary? She said yes but we don't notarize till after 10. She just stood there and looked at me. I could see the younger gentleman was shocked and staring at her. So I left the store. There is nothing listed anywhere on the the website or storefront that says specifically notary times. It was a huge waste of time. The woman was rude from the start. It made no sense.

Do not go to the UPS store on a Saturday. I've been on 3 separate occasions thinking that the woman that works Saturdays was just having an off day the last time but each time is worse than the last. The staff Monday-Friday are significantly more professional and provide much better service.

Worst store ever!!! I came into this location only because of where I was at and needed to get a cake shipped to my mother for Mother’s Day, the lady at the front was rude, didn’t speak and wouldn’t even tape my box!! The store in Kingsland GA is always so pleasant and they go the extra mile on everything!!! This woman clearly didn’t want to be at work! I will never visit the location on William Burgess again!!!!

Worst store ever!!! To return AMAZON PACKAGES . Other UPS are very friendly and knowledgeable.never going back to the store in William Burgess again!!!
