We needed to have the blower in our electric fireplace replaced, a unit that was installed by builder and a brand that they do not carry. James and James came out and in a most professional and courteous manner did so.
Their price was very reasonable.

Needed to have a hot water heater and fireplace checked for safety. They arrived on time, checked everything carefully, made it possible for us to safely and confidently use our gas fireplace which was not set up properly by the previous owner. Will be sure to call them when we need more extensive work done.

Mr. William the owner has always responded to me in a crutch including today when they were actually closed for Black Friday, to come fix our water heater in the middle of a day with his family meant so much to us. I would give 6 stars if I could - service was great. We purchased a house with a gas fireplace that didn't work well. We had little historical information on the fireplace and its old parts. However, serviceman James was professional and polite but focused on getting it to work safely and properly. He continued to resolve each issue as it came up while accommodating our schedule since we were snowbirds. We are very pleased with the entire company and would recommend anyone with gas-fireplace problems to use First Source.

Called them in to repair my tankless water heater. Unfortunately the electronic part required was obsolete and not available anywhere....thanks Rinnai. So ended up replacing the heater.

James, who did the troubleshooting of my existing unit and install of the replacement went above and beyond. Top notch professional.

Well, I can't comment on the service because I didn't need to use them. The reason I didn't need to use them is that I called to schedule an appointment to fix a gas cooktop. When I explained the problem to the woman who answered the phone, she put me on hold for a brief hold, and then William got on the phone. He told me I probably didn't need their services and told me how I could easily fix the problem myself. I followed his instructions and fixed it myself. Wow! I now know that I have a gas appliance company that I can trust with all of my future purchase and repair needs. Thank you William.
