Dollar Tree

It was nice to see that they were busy stocking shelves. I have to give the workers credit on West avenue . They really do a good job at keeping that place clean.

REVIEW CHANGE AS OF 4/4/23

I went to this Dollar Tree again for the first time since my last unwelcomed visit with my Service Animal. I am upgrading my original score from a 1 star to a 5 because Dollar Tree took my review very seriously.

They put a "SEVICE ANIMALS WELCOME" sign on the front door. And not just this location but other ones too. I appreciate them taking the time to correct their employees and make sure customers with "The Ability To Do Things Differently" (Another way to categorize people with disabilities) and ADA laws that protect our inclusion.

Good job Dollar. twenty five Tree!

On my last visit here the employees made me feel very unwelcomed due to I had my Service Dog with me. One asked obviously to her co-worker, "Are dogs allowed in here?", as I approached the register. I said to her "She is a service dog, I have her ID." Then the lady checking me out, co-signed back to her with a "Yeah but it's like a health issue."

I go everywhere with my Service Dog contained in my purse. She is a prescribed and registered Service Animal for my "Health Issues" and we are both protected by federal law Under the Americans With Disabilities Act. Interfering with us creates a situation where your company and employees can be held liable for breaking the law.

I suggest you train your employees on the law and courtesy because my dog and I certainly don't have to come back to Dollar Tree, it's not even a dollar store anymore since you went up to $1.25 We get much friendlier service and better products from Dollar General. And I would rather they bring our Piggly Wiggly back to that space this Dollar Tree is presently in. When the Piggly Wiggly left it created a food desert. Lord knows we don't need another Dollar Tree that's not even a Dollar anymore.

Even though they haven't even received a delivery truck in 3 weeks, they must have really been digging into their back rooms because this store was very well-stocked, neat and tidy, not something you see very often in most Dollar Tree stores. And the staff was super friendly. Even though this particular Dollar Tree is farther away from my home, I will be going to this store from now on. Five Stars ***** Well done staff 👏

I love this Dollar tree. They have everything and, their always open... Not to mention almost all items are only $1.25 that cost $3.25 everywhere else!!

Gentleman behind the counter yesterday at around 7PM was extremely kind and helpful. I normally go to the other location across town, but I'm happy I stopped in today.

Dollar 💵 🌳 Tree wasn't crowded & zero wait for checkout!?! I still can't seem to get out without going Over $50!?! 😕

Very nice and clean.
Found everything I needed and friendly cashier named Bubbles is wonderful.

STORE EAS CLEAN & ORGANIZED. THE STAFF WAS VERY KIND & HELPFUL. I ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WHEN I GO THERE. THATS WHY I LIKE GOING.

Just wished they restocked faster...but customer service is always so great!!!

Dollar tree on west ave got it going on huge selection and staff seems eager to assist you and very knowledgeable of the product location go dollar tree go
