Best Place for a Nice Cold Refreshing Drinking!

The loaded teas are watered down & the cookie dough shake was horrible. Byram & Hwy 18 is where I’d recommend.

It just seems like their teas have gotten weak over time and they’re just a lot less strong than other places.

Extremely unpredictable hours. You can’t trust their posted hours and never know when they will truly be open. Not worth the 10 minute drive there

Have changed hours without updating social media, yet content to sit in building on cell phone with doors locked while paying customers just waiting outside!
