They had exactly what I needed. The counter guy was nice and pulled the part quickly. I got jerked around earlier today at their competitor 50 ft away, so it was a nice change to get the part I needed.

Amber M. really cares for customer's needs. By the store schedule, they could close the store when I visited the store in the evening. But they did not! They were nice and patient, didn't rush me at all and helped with my pressed car issue.

My grandson and I were trying to get home from Hillsboro in the rain, annd our headlights were way outta adjustment. I’d tried a couple places, but they weren’t able to help, so we pulled into Advance Auto Parts on Mebane Oaks Rd. as a last resort. BC and Andrew hooked us up!! We were back on the road in no time flat, headlights adjusted properly and a new taillight bulb to boot! Thanks, guys!!!! We’ll be back!

I needed a car battery asap and I called Advance Auto-spoke to Amber to make sure that they had the one that I needed and I went by there. Amber and BC was very helpful and professional checking me out and installing New battery. Thanks so much for your help and time during my car ordeal. Y'all definitely deserve a raise.

I was running low on oil so I ran in to get some. The wind blew as I was adding the oil to my engine and a little bit of it spilled. The kind gentleman who works here helped me pick out a degreaser. He also cleaned the outside of my engine for me. Great customer service!
