Parking is easy to get in and out of. Store was clean and friendly staff. Showers were clean and water wad nice and hot.

I was going to Jenks, OK and then, I was gonna go get a snack and the bathroom was clean! And fountain drink machines are up that’s good. And the service was good too!

Ever since Loves took over ownership of these island stores throughout the state, they haven’t been the same, at least from what they are looking so far. Who knows, there may be some changes coming up ahead that we don’t know about. But so far stores feel deserted, empty, cold, depressed…. A lot of things are missing, and this is weird because their typical stores are not like this, they are usually filled with all kinds of stuff and gadgets and food etc.. so thats why I am confused.

Had an employee cough on her hand and the proceed to pick up my drink to scan it. I voiced my concerns and she became incredibly rude towards me. Left everything on the counter as walked out.

They charge my cc 175.00 for 60 worth of gas. I asked them about it, and they said it was my card setting. It will credit and refund in 2 days. I will always pre pay for gas next time.

On a recent visit to the store they system Failed then somehow charge me 3 the correct amount it should have.

I was trying to prepay inside for fuel and a guy I believe named Calen was my cashier he was rude and didn't know what he was doing. He started arguing with me then finally he asked another employee for help and I finally paid and left. He wasn't apologetic or anything, I hope he gets the right training soon.

overpriced and terrible customer service, if you can wait the extra 10 minutes to get off of the turnpike I highly recommend.
