I got great service at UPS today. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. I was greeted when I came in and I got all my questions answered.

Good environment helpful employees. I can go in get what I need done quick and easy.

I've been going to this store for the past 7-8 years now. I've seen the employees change over the few years. Currently there are 4 staff there. 3 gentlemen and a lady who provides excellent customer service. They are profession in handling my packages. They do get busy during 5pm so coming earlier is always best to avoid the wait.

Amazon return on a self service check out was great and fast. Staff showed me how to use it. It was fast and better than waiting in line. Elk grove locations need this service for amazon returns. So no need to wait in line if staff is busy with other work with customers.

The people who work here are always friendly and motivated to help you when you dont know what youre doing

You can self-scan and drop off packages here so you don't have to wait in line. They had three staff working the counter, which is great. They were low on some packaging supplies when I went, but they were friendly about it.

THIS STORE HAS THE NICEST EMPLOYEES AND THE KIOSK TO DO AMAZON RETURNS WAS A PIECE OF CAKE WITH THE HELP OF SIAH AND GREAT ATTITUDE LOVIN THE VIBE 🫶🏼🤗🤗🤗

Complete service, anything I may want or need including knowledgeable staff.

This location is open later than all others and they provide excellent service. Very helpful. Walked me through the new self service process for Amazon returns. Been here many times and will be back. Convenient right off the freeway!

Feel bad for the gentleman working alone in this location. Serving all those customers as there is a line forming 38 minutes before closing.
