During my visit at this location someone request to speak with a manger, and the manager was very polite and offer help. The only thing I don’t like is I was offended by other customer for asking employees to speak English. Which It was very rude because all business have employees form different country and sometimes they speak their language which is understandable because they might don’t understand English. Is like when you go to spa salon to do your nails they all will be speaking their own language. So my respect to the manager because he was able to handle this type of customers. Good job to the store manager

Laura is so kind and patient. My wife and I went in to upgrade an older phone (we're older too) and she took the time to explain our options and help us make the right choice. I was having issues with receiving text messages on my android. I called customer service, but they were not able to properly verify me and help me, so I went to this location in person, and a super friendly & helpful professional, named Roberto, helped me in less than 15 minutes. I can now receive text messages & use my phone properly!!
