Great service from Mike Ross, Joe and Logan! Mike was knowledgeable and friendly. I found pricing to be competitive and the guys helped install my battery in store. What else could you ask for. 5/5 STARS!!!!

I initially was not having a great experience. I called the store to confirm they had the battery I needed in stock. I had looked the item up earlier in the day and didn’t have the information about the part number or size. After asking the employee if he could please search it through his computer for my vehicle, he told me it would be faster if I did it (it wasn’t a great tone of voice). After trying to pull up the website and put all of my vehicle information in, the employee finally just asked me what my vehicle make and model was. After telling him 3 different times, he finally told me they had a few batteries left in stock. After getting to the store I was met by the same employee who still had a horrible attitude. I bought my battery and he did not offer to replace it for free like the website states. I then asked him if they would do it and his response was “if Mike wants to do it”. I then kindly requested if he would go ask him. That was the end of my bad experience. After the owner (I believe his name is Mike) came out, he was very kind, friendly, and accommodating. I stood with him while he replaced my battery and we had a great conversation. He completely saved my bad experience and I am extremely grateful for that. I will absolutely be going back there when ever I need anything battery + related. I just wish not to deal with that employee…if I do, he will not like what I have to say. Bottom line, this is a great location I just wish the employee would have been a little more kind in our conversation.

Mike Ross advised me to check my car warranty before coming in for a battery replacement. I checked the warranty and learned that my battery was still under warranty. I appreciate the fact that he chose to be honest and share his knowledge, instead of completing the service. I thank God for people like Mike. He will definitely get my business in the future.

This store has come through for me every time I need a key fob battery replacement. The owner is a great and every interaction I’ve had in this store gives that small town, personal feel. A true Ashburn gem!

I walked through my car key just thinking man I got to find this battery go on YouTube figure it out blah blah blah... But no! The wonderful sales associate named Logan assist me. He simply walked up took the keys walked back and did the thing it was badass it totally just blow my mind because I had to do nothing. He went a place the battery then went scanned it then take a discount off of it just off GP which means general purpose for those who don't know. So this literally was a one stop crush! I definitely recommend going here is clean is friendly is nice it's just the best!

Have used batteries and bulbs for all my lights changing them to LED to last longer but 1 blew out just after a few months so went back to buy a box. The rep verified it was indeed out and said sometime there is a bad one in a batch. Bought, got my senior discount and quickly replaced the bulb in my office. Nice there are parking spots although lots of parking around the store.

So easy and great service. Ordered a car battery online for installation. Showed up the next day and Mike was ready, performed the install, and I was out the door within 20 minutes. Great business - would highly recommend! (& bonus it is a locally owned franchise so go support vice the larger auto stores)

Mike has helped me multiple times with some off-the wall battery requests for kids' power toys. Additionally, he charged my car battery for free, preventing me from spending ~200+ to get a new one (which I was ready to do).

Mike was awesome! I ordered a battery online at the batteries plus website (at a very competitive price) and when I arrived, he had it installed in 10-15 minutes! Very friendly and no hasstle. I would reccomend the ship for your car battery needs.

These guys really know what they are talking about. I got my iPhone tempered glass screen protector there and the guy installed it on the spot perfectly. They are great for everything from phone repair to replacing the batteries in your car key. They have an amazing selection of high-tech flashlights that I love to browse. Now with multiple magnet attachments!!

I pre-ordered a replacement car battery at the Ashburn, VA Batteries Plus store this morning. The battery was pulled from stock and ready for me when I arrived 30 minutes later. Mike, the store owner/franchisee was incredibly attentive to me and immediately and without hesitation professionally installed the battery in my vehicle. We had a great conversation and I really truly felt that for the first time in a very long time as an in person retail customer, I was seen and heard and my business was appreciated. I highly recommend the store and I intend to purchase all of my battery needs from Mike and his associates.

I got my watch batteries replaced. Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff and offered discounts. Parking space is available at the other side because all the shops are busy.

Needed a repair estimate for a broken phone screen. Sebastian was friendly, helpful, and efficient with not only getting me the information I needed but answered additional questions. Nice place with a good selection of batteries and bulbs - it's nice to have places like this still around with all the online places, you never know what you will get - at this store, looks like they have all sorts of even obscure batteries - I know where to look next time I need something like that - and these guys will get my business.

Great PHONE SCREEN REPAIR! I broke my iPhone 8+ screen where it would not turn on any light and in 2 hours they fixed it! My iPhone now looks like it’s brand new! The people there are straight to point with affordable phone repair. I definitely recommend this place for phone repair!

Fantastic experience with Batteries Plus Bulbs in Ashburn. My car battery install is "involved" (special tools needed) and they were able to get it done saving me $ if I had to go elsewhere to get it installed.

Absolutely great service from Mike and Sebastian. So grateful to them for their timely help in getting parts to fix my shattered screen on my phone and fixing it in a couple hours. They were communicative and helpful. Can't recommend this shop enough!

I had great service there. Mike replaced my car’s battery after testing it, and in the rain at that. And also, I took my wife’s car in to get a new battery and he refused the sale because there was a charging issue with our car, that his test detected, and he didn’t want us to waste our money. A new battery would be wasted on the car without repairs. You don’t see this kind of honesty enough these days, but it’s great when you do.

This is the best place for all your battery needs. Free install in your car. The owner, Mike, is awesome, super friendly and very knowledgeable.

This is the third time I've visited this store since I moved to this area. Every time, I've received excellent service. When I noticed my watch battery died yesterday, I searched online and found they change watch batteries. I called about 35 minutes before closing time to see if there would be time to change it. The salesperson said to come in. The battery was changed quickly and for less money than another place I'd taken a previous watch to. This will not be the last time I come here.
