Awful customer service. “All sales final” So I bought a ooze battery this morning had it on the charger for 2 hours. Wouldn’t turn on so I called to see if they could do anything for me at the store they said “you’ll have to contact ooze for a warranty that’s not our issue” so needless to say I’ll never shop there again and I’ll encourage others to not shop there as well. It was a $15 battery they could have had me come in and just replaced it with one of the other dozen they have on display that works. But no…

The manager Brittany should've never became the manager. She orders the wrong things. If you wanna get a vape all you'll get is a mod box. You'll have to order everything else separate which is such a wast of money. Either get rid of of the manager or your business will go under.
