Far and away the best Pharmacy I have ever been to. They know me and are always friendly to me. They have gone way way way above and beyond for me and my family more times than i can count. From getting discounts, finding scarce medications. Helping when a family member lost coverage for a time.
The front of the store has always been kind and helpful as well.
Some of the merchandise is priced a bit high, but if you use your CVS card/point you can get great deals. I got $60 worth of vitamins for $20. Always the best price on name brand name TP. You do have to use your points. many of the one star reviews are from unhappy people that don't understand how the medical system works. It is broken, these folks do their best to make it work.

The pharmacist's are always very friendly and helpful. More than any other pharmacy that I've used. I appreciate this pharmacy!

Nice personnel.. same layout and products as any other CVS. Yet does not take Tricare which is for military and dependents, retirees. Now it does work with the VA

This is, hands down, the worst store and pharmacy I have ever shopped. The cashiers are extremely rude and hate their jobs, this is clear each and every time I have shopped the store! Every piece of merchandise in the store is marked up at the very least twice as high as other stores. For example, the most generic roll of paper towels cost $3.99. One can get the same thing at Family Dollar for $1.50. Don't ever believe the clearance signs they have up. Please, people go somewhere else to shop. In fact, the marketing strategy is to make us wait for prescriptions, in hope that we pay their exuberant prices, and call it convenient. The pharmacy personnel treated me and my fiance as though it were a huge inconvenience to do a transaction. Furthermore, they charge co-pays, when in fact neither of us have co-pays. I live in a retirement community, and I have to wonder how many other senior citizens are charged unnecessarily. I plan to speak with the Service coordinator here at the property, and have insurance companies launch an investigation. WORST STORE AND PERSONNEL I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!

If I could I would give no stars! Denise (old lady in pharmacy) is rude and nasty. She don't care about her customers. She told me my script was not ready and they are working on it in reality when I complained they stated it was sitting there ready!! I'm 7 months pregnant and have been trying to get my medication and supplies for a week now! I was told my insurance does not cover my meds and the dr needs to do something when I ask what should my dr do She stated idk maybe change your meds call them and figure it out! She said she called my Dr and they didn't return the call this was not true! I ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT STAND THIS PHARMACY! they are do rude. I even said thank you and she hung up on me I always get the window slammed in my face and hardly get a have a good day! Find better staff quality staff at that most of them have been there since I was a child and they get more and more rude with the aging process I think it's time certain staff retire and find happiness in life! This will be my last time using them!!

These have to be some of the rudest pharmacy personnel I have ever encountered. I normally give people the benefit of the doubt but it has been months of terrible attitudes. They’re not the least bit friendly. Someone needs to come in, let that entire staff go, and start over. Find new jobs where you don’t have to work with people, please.

The old lady at the window is a rude, negative & nasty individual. I simply asked for medicine so I didn’t have to come in with a sick kid & the way she treated me is unacceptable. When I told her that she closed the door on my face. Let that woman go!

I’ve actually never seen someone so toxic, whoever or whatever that old lady that’s at the pharmacy window is need to be let go like NOW. She clearly has no clue what she’s doing. Apparently filling a DOGS prescription Isn’t a thing this lady does. So every time I’m forced to argue with her (and her overzealous attitude) just to make sure my dog get the nerve medication she NEEDS. If there’s a crude looking old woman in the prescription window just do yourself a favor and drive to Kroger.

40 minutes+ ON HOLD trying just to make sure a prescription was sent in and filled. Absolutely ridiculous. Had one person answer and immediately hang the phone up.

The site says it opens at 8 am but it actually opens at 9 am Monday through Friday. I needed to use the ATM and walked up there and yes... It was closed. Do not rely on the site to give you correct business hours.
