AT&T Store

Went to Best Buy and purchased an unlocked phone. They did not want anything to do with me as far as transferring all my stuff from my old phone to my new. I came to this AT&T location and they helped me with no questions asked and no charge. Great customer service and a friendly staff.

Walked in ready to get rid of att but after the staff here worked with us we ended up with 2 new phone and alot happier

The manager here is awesome. Him and his staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. This is the best att store in the area.

Jamal is probably the best phone salesmen I’ve ever worked with. I came in knowing in about to give somebody a headache but he made buying a new phone so easy. Peace of mind is A1. If anybody needs anything, I’d make a far drive just to work with him.

Roman was more than helpful. He was patient and listened to what I had to say. He told me I can come back any time with questions. I was not only switching to a new carrier but had to bring five family members over as well. He helped the process move along quickly and smoothly. Thank you!

Needed help with my wireless plan and Kenneth at AT&T was there to help. It did not take very long and he was so helpful at explaining everything in a way it was easy to understand. I would recommend AT&T for your wireless service. There are many options and they have very knowledgeable people working there.

I’ve been coming to this store for years for everything from phones, to new services, upgrades, etc. Jon usually helps us and is always super knowledgeable and honest with us giving us the best deals. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

These 2 representatives made my experience great. Although I did end up needing a new phone, they did everything to help make it painless financially. Brandon was great and his supervisor Matt was helpful as well. They both had great customer service and went beyond.. not just with me but with all the customers there after me while I waited for my photos up download. I guess I can see why people pay their bill there! ;)

Today I had the best experience with at&t after 3 weeks of a problem no one could solve from customer service, sales or their supervisors that Colin at the Oak Creek location was able to resolve an fix with-in 30 minutes. Since moving to the area 3 weeks ago at&t representatives over the phone through sales, customer service, technical support and managers don't know what they are doing an need to be retrained. From cancelling appointments without notification, sending TV boxes to wrong address, and inputting wrong information do not call over the phone. When I walked into the store Colin along with the other fellow store sales personnel greeted me with great customer service and Colin was very knowledgeable to where he fix that on going problem in less than 30 minutes or less. Colin deserves a promotion and 6 stars for the overall experience. Thank you Oak Creek At&t.

Matt was the best! He helped me with everything I needed and truly went out of his way to assist. I wish every store had such amazing costumer service. Highly recommend going here if you have any questions or need a new phone and definitely ask for Matt. Thanks Matt!
