Chevron Elk Grove

The staff is always super helpful. A great experience every time I visit to fill up and get some snacks and drinks!

As much more of an ARCO person personally, this Chevron is pretty good actually. The prices for gas are way too high but .. lol but the store here is really nice! And they also have a Subway inside as well which is cool too. The carwash does a nice job too 👌

The place where you can still get free air!& water for those days when your tires spring a sudden leak or summer days when you haven't checked your antifreeze & you overheated...

It's a gas station with a subway restaurant in it. Generally poor beverage selection. Cashiers seem generally annoyed to have customers.

You get your necessary gas and move on.

Nothing too overwhelmingly negative about the place but nothing unique as well.

However, one thing that comes to mind (based on my own experience)is:
they can definitely strive to be friendlier; thereby providing a more positive customer service experience overall.

Cashiers don't seem interested in being friendly or helpful, and prices are very high. I always judge a convenience store by how much they charge for normal staples, like milk. A gallon of milk here costs $4.99. It's 2.99 at the gas station across the street.

False advertising prices. Once you get to the counter the prices is dramatically different from what’s posted next to the items. Told an employee about it and they act like they don’t know what your talking about. Bad business practices

Human waste on toilet seat, no hand towels and clerk wants the three digit security code on my credit card for an inside store purchase...may be new, but never seen it before. Don’t start letting this code out for face to face transactions, especially when stations like this are often the site for credit and debit card hacking.

Customer service is terrible, rude and employees make you feel like you're inconveniencing them, plus they do not give you back correct change, this is intentional so be sure to count what they've given you before you leave. Suggest drive across the street. Friendly service, nice honest people.

False advertising for posted prices, called them out and they didn’t honor the price, just moved the sticker over to the other so called advertised price. Terrible

terrible junk gas station, do not get gas here. customer service is terrible and they are very rude AND they will try to rip you off and short change you. This business does not even deserve 1 star rating.

The cashiers are extremly rude. If I can't be acknowledged and treated with respect, then I can take my business across the street!

If you do the math on the gas you get their Actual prices are a lot higher than posted prices

They sell stale Backwoods.
