Sheldon Ace Hardware

I had to pick up some last minute Christmas Light gutter hangers. I gave the store a call ahead of time and they found the product I was looking for and gave me a quote on the price. The staff was super helpful and it was an easy pick up. I also felt that the products were fair priced.

Old school hardware store, employees are more more knowledgeable helpful and friendlier than the big box store. Go here and support these small hardware store whenever you can. Hardware selection second to none local.

This Staffe members, T & Sean have Really made an impression on the fact how people in this world are still driving by the idea thee job is customer satisfaction based before any thing.

Although I’m not from the area that this a store is located, working here on the project Had to run to the store for multiple things for my work. I just feel like I live in the area and have known these people who work here 10 years.

I’m just so in disbelief, how amazing employees here are more importantly, how much they represent the area which the store is located at and the Storage itself and the type of service that Ace employees can provide and leave the feeling of a fully satisfied experience and beyond that, the best experience I’ve personally had with any of the times I went to ace.

Awesome old school hardware store. Love the small town feeling where staff shares their knowledge with no pressure. Left with what I needed and found a friend to boot. How good is that? Thank you Folks and see you on my return.

Every staff member is super nice and always ask if they can help you find something or help you to your car. I go to Sheldon Ace for my Traeger needs... always has a great variety of products for my Traeger smoker

This is one of the better hardware stores I've seen in a long time. We dealt with two staff members and both knew their stuff it was great. We went in for 2 pretty random items and the had them. I went with my uncle and it was pretty fun. Got a bottle of coke on the way out. It had a "mom n pop" store vibe and I miss as that.. stores like that are fading so we try and do our part and go-to them as much as possible, most are great and every now and then we get a bad experience but not at this ACE. I would 100% recommend stopping in.

These people are very helpful and go out of their way to find what you need, even when they don't have it in stock.
When they put you on hold, on the phone, the music is great!

This places out of its way but the staff that work there are fun and helpful. They greet you when you walk in. Thank you for all your assistance when I was there!

Very friendly and helpful folks there. Great mom and pop atmosphere. They had what I needed and directed me to it. Saved me time and money. They even helped me to select the best item for my needs. Oh, did I mention their prices are good also.

Love Ace hardware,every Ace I've ever been in has been great. Great service, great selection, just a fantastic place. Wish they had more around. A tad bit more expensive than other stores but it's worth it for the experience they deliver. Highly recommend

Good selection of items. The owner assisted us. He was extremely nice and helpful. The key he was making for us wasn't working on the cutter but he made a couple extra until it worked. We will definitely go back.

Typical Ace Hardware store. Great customer service and selection of home repair and other related items. Some basic garden supplies in the back. Plenty of patio and outdoor items in the front of the store. Full typical paint selection. Also has a big selection of automobile related supplies. Small parking lot, easy accessible from the gas station and or grant line road. Two registers in the front. Awesome staff. Recommended if you want to beat the HD crowds.

I know it's a retail chain, but it feels more like a mom and pop. I started coming here because OSH closed, and I don't like those bigger stores. I prefer to buy firewood here because they have that birch wood that lights up with a single match even when it's wet. The staff are so helpful, they always greet me right when I walk in the door and help me find what I need.

Sheldon Ace Hardware is awesome.The staff are very helpful and friendly. I have always had a great experience. We live close by and it is very convenient to go to Ace. The prices are comparable to bigger stores that are much farther away. They have a very good plant selection during planting season and they take great care when replicating keys. Many of the staff are young local kids that are very courteous and helpful. The popcorn is nice, too. :)

This little store has a lot of terrific stuff. We live in the country and it is much easier to take a trip to Sheldon Ace Hardware than to run to Lowe's or Home Depot. In fact, we get much better service than the big stores give us. We always go here first and 95% of the time we find exactly what we're looking for. Great store!

The gentleman that was working outside on Tuesday July 6th was absolutely wonderful, he was so helpful, kind and was very understanding to my situation. It's not often that you see the younger generation so helpful without attitude problems..

I like that Ace Hardware isn't as big as the other big box stores, and they tend to have some of the more Oddball things that you are looking for. One thing I really like is that they have those extra special pretzels called Dee's pretzels. No other place in the area has them but Ace Hardware. Yeah you can order them from Amazon but sometimes you just want them right away and at least Ace Hardware has them.

So nice have a family owned local hardware in the area, customer service is way better than the big box stores....
