AT&T Store

Kasan and Marlin were amazing. These guys are the only reason we are still ATT customers. They went above and beyond to help get my phone up and running. Their patience and kindness on an extremely bad day calmed me down. They approached looking for solutions. They said how they could, rather than give me excuses why they couldn't. This is how you retain customers.
I will continue to drive out of my way for their great customer service.

Just wanted to say how amazing Dre and Jermaine were today while we were in the store. They were very helpful transferring phone service and questions about my bill. I’ve been to this store before and wasn’t satisfied but with them working here I will definitely be coming here from now on.

What a Superb customer Service. The only place that tops is is Disney. I have been going there since 1998. This store Rep: Ricky is Hands down the Best. Every customer that came in was so happy to see him. Black, White, Hispanic. Made no difference. Same greeting. He knew them by name. Knew the families. Took care of the kids. He’s phenomenal. I took my business there from T-Mobil and he was just Awesome. He should be a National Trainer for AT&T. My rep Kalicia was Great and you could see he taught her well but his interaction will all the customers was second to none. I was there for a long time but worth every minute. I went from Android to an IPhone. 10 stars

I had a tough predicament at this store. I spoke with Wes directly and he was extremely understanding and helpful. Really tried to work with me and problem solve. In the end, I got what I needed and was so thankful to receive good customer service from Wes.

If you need to revisit what great customer service is then you need to visit the store. Ricky is amazing and always willing to help. Here you get service with a smile. she’s also very knowledgeable, Go visit you won’t regret it

I feel I have to let you know about a great experience I had with your associate, Greg S. I was having numerous problems with billing on my Acct. Greg took the time to personally handle my Acct (with my authorization) and had my problem worked out in no time. I must tell you this was no easy task. I have to commend your entire staff at this store as they really go the extra mile for their clients. Dan, Greg, and Ricky go over and above to correct the client problems. Kudos to this work site and especially Greg who helped with his professionalism, knowledge, and good humor.

I came into the store that was apparently super busy with only one employee that was working and it appeared like it was going to be a horrible experience. Quite the opposite happened, I had be far the greatest experience I have had in a really long time.

From the moment of walking in the only employee working by the name of Ricky greeted me and gave me assurance he would address my concerns shortly and for me to be patient. AT&T corporate if you are reading this give Ricky a raise or start grooming him for a management position I will tell you why.

Once it was my turn to have my concerns addressed, Ricky in the most professional of ways gave me the best customer service I had ever. First by addressing the length of time I spent waiting and apologizing. Secondly, he quickly and easily fixed an issue I was having with my phone, which was the sole reason I came into the store. Lastly he told me about all the different upgrades and features of phones the interested me. I was asking him what seemed to be curve ball kind of questions but he was responding back quickly with a spot on answer.

His great customer service skills made me feel so comfortable of his explanations of phones that I ended up buying a brand new phone. *side note I didn’t buy a new phone because my phone did not work, but simply because he was sincere with the service he was providing and because his salesmen skills were top-notch. If I didn’t already have a tv/ internet package plan, I would of given him the sales commission in that as well. Ricky is the type of employee I would want potentially being the face of my company and/or running the day to day operations if I had the ability to put him in that position.

However all this goes to say that my experience was beyond top-notch all because of the sale associate Ricky. And it was a bonus that the store appeared to kept super clean and neat.

If I ever have any future phone issues, want to buy a new phone, upgrading my plans or even recommending a store or employee, it will all be this store and with sales associate, hopefully soon to be manager, Ricky.

Since our arrival the customer service provided by Ricky was the best one I have ever experienced in years, like an old school. I wish all customer services were like that!

These people are the best starting from Rick the manager, to Dre his assistant, and flow who comes in part-time. They never cease to amaze me on how good and how patient they are and to help the people, especially me

Dre and Ricky are awesome. Very patient and experienced with Samsung and I phones. With all the new updates for my Samsung phone they have been a life saver. Thank you....

I went in this morning with issues pertaining to 2 different devices. I was greeted with exceptional enthusiasm and professionalism from Robert, especially with it being a Monday morning. While he was able to help me immediately to resolve and identify I needed a new MiFi Device my phone on the other hand was another issue. So after taking the time to try to troubleshoot my phone it was clear it needed to be replaced. Now the issue was they were fresh out of the style of phone I wanted/needed. So Robert then called his manager Carlos and talked through the situation and Carlos then proceeded to go by another store/location on his way in to pick one up so they could take care of me. As a National Sales Director myself and responsible for a team of sales representatives this really showed me that they take pride in servicing the customer and going the extra mile. This is not just want a professional wants to see but a customer also.

If Robert and Carlos can ever be of assistance with any of your wireless needs or AT&T accounts I would highly recommend you make them your first stop before all other South Florida locations.

I went into the store frustrated because my cell phone crashed and as most, I am very dependent on my cell phone. I was immediately greeted by a very nice young man who not only helped me with a new phone, he provided options regarding new plans that better fit my needs. I was able to get a new phone and new plan in just a few minutes. Walied even restored a lot of the information that was backed up since all my current information wasn't accessible anymore when my iPhone crashed. He also mentioned bundled cable and internet promotions since I recently moved into a new home. This is the best customer experience I've received during a very frustrating time. Definitely stellar service from Walied!
