Turner Ace Hardware

Stopped in just to look at some plants and was greeted with friendly service as I walked in. I was only there for about 15 minutes but had multiple employees ask if I needed help with anything.

Everyone their was very friendly and seemed eager to lend a helping hand. Cliff in the garden section helped me pick out a beautiful orchid and even trimmed off some overgrown roots on the plant I selected. Thanks Mr. Cliff! Hanna at the register was also very nice! Great customer service as always Ace.

Shout out to everyone at this location. I’ve been here multiple times and each time the customer service is top notch. It’s tough to find this kind of service anywhere today. While it’s tough for Ace to compare to the big box store prices on some items, friendly and helpful customer service goes a long way for me and I won’t think twice before spending my money here.

One of the best experiences that I had at a store.
The GM and his staff tried very hard to get the paint right for me, although it was purchased a while back.
Went to Lowe’s and they were trash but the friendly people at ACE saved the day.
Let’s support our local ACE instead of HD or Lowe’s

I didn’t have the pleasure of visiting this location in Jacksonville Florida. My son Lives there he called me and told me about his experience with Mr ROBY at Tuner Ace Hardware. He had went to several places with no help and just as he was about to give up. Mr ROBY offered not only his advise but he assisted him. He was able to fine the bolts he needed, problem solved with a Little customer support. I give you sir 🥇Job well done…..

I don't know what it is about Ace Hardware, but they are the store with the absolute best, most kind and helpful staff. I love going there.
It was my first visit to this particular location today and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend
