I'm sooo glad I found this AT&T easily accessible to my Publix, Valeria helped me right away she was the best and she was able to help me not only make my bill better but also walked out with my sparkling new phone completely set up and the service was fabulous. Thank you AT&T for such a hidden gem! The best of the best 🙏🙏🙏

Had a great experience at this AT&T store, I was greeted and assisted quickly Ana and Klaudia provided me with great options to switch my phone plus get a new watch and tablet all set up and professionally being attended. Now I'm waiting for my internet installation at the end of the week with this new and improved service they offered. I got all these new items and even a $200 gift card. Thank you again Ana, Klaudia, and the manager Isaac superb service from you all 🥳

This ATT location is unbelievable good. All employees are extremely attentive and the manager Isaac deserves 100 stars because 5 stars are not enough. I have been following Isaac through all the Att locations he has been working for the last two years. He always put the customer’s interest first. He is honest and extremely knowledgeable. He listen to customer’s needs and recommends what is the best for his customer. I will never change my cel provider just because of Isaac and I know I can trust him every time I have any problem.

I would to congratulate the AT&T Team of the store located at 12030 SW 127 Ave, Miami, especially the Store Manager, Mr. Eric Colon, for the excellent service ND attention provided. Over the years I have been to several AT&T Stores, and thus was the best by far.

I had a very pleasant visit today with Dominica. We we’re having problems with our set up of our new phones. She was able to set up our phones and answered all of our questions. She saved the day for us.

I have been a customer at this store for several years. Carlos, the manager, is very nice and friendly. He’s always helpful and knowledgeable. Ada assisted me with a new phone upgrade. Not only did she help me understand the features of the new phone, but she showed me how to back up my old phones data using iCloud. The store has been renovated and is clean and customer-friendly. I recommend this store and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Ada and Carlos.

I Have been a customer for many years at AT&T. I am super happy with the service I receive. I ALWAYS visit the store on Kendall drive and 122. Joshua is one of my favorite sales reps. He is tech savvy.

My family have been comming to the store for 4 years, my entire family goes to this convenient neighborhood store. The service is great, better than calling att. The manager Carlos is great, he's the constant and all his people are true service people. At the end of the day it's service that people need and this store is wonderful.

I just switched from Sprint due to poor reception in my house 3 blocks from the store.

Carlos and Maricruz were great. I ordered and transfered 4 new phone lines, added a gear s3 phone/watch and then set my in-laws up with international roaming for an upcoming trip to Spain!

All my data was transferred perfectly between 4 phones.

The store isn't packed and the staff are full service and very knowledgeable.

The transition was seamless and I didn't miss a business call!
