I love they have self checkout as well as a cashier who can work 2 registers at one time making checkout fast and convenient

I thought this was one of the best kept, clean & nicely organized CVS stores I've been into. The young associate who was working... I think his name was A.J... was very attentive & helpful as well as polite, courteous & went out of his way to help me with everything I needed in a timely manner. Great experience!☺ DEFINITELY my 1st & only CVS choice in Rome Ga. So Keep up the good work guys!

I have three voicemails that tells me my prescription is ready. Stop to get my migraine medicine which was supposedly filled. The girl at the register when she asked for my information on the screen around and tell me I wasn't in the computer I didn't have a prescription as if one would they have sent me a voicemail saying my prescription is ready I went to the doctor I know that my doctor sent this prescription in.. she did not seem concerned at all... I left got in my car with a splitting headache went back inside and got in the line for Kaylee. She was awesome... I explained to her that the other girl teld me I didn't have a prescription...she went to a different computer... pulls my information up and got my prescription for me and I was out the door... she was awesome...she gets a 5-star rating ...the other girl gets a zero. She has great PR skills.

The staff at CVS are always friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they sale. It's a wonderful experience everytime I shop there

Had what I needed which wasva 16oz Mineral Ice rub! Works great for arthritis /joint pain and helps reduce joint swelling! Its been a wonderful med for me!

I've been to this store many times over the past few years, but not as many or as frequent as in the last 3 weeks. I've been too many times to count over the last 3 weeks, and I've been crabby and sick every single time. The flu "bugs" this winter are fierce! And every single time I've drug my old, crabby, sickly, self in there these folks have been the kindest, sweetest, and most helpful people on the planet. I've literally had cooties swarming my entire being and they still smile and don't seem to notice that I might be carrying the plague. I've primarily dealt with the ladies behind the check out counters and some cheerful young woman who appears to work "everywhere" in the store, and for my part, they couldn't be kinder or more helpful. Thank you ladies!! Your smiles and kindness are most appreciated...especially when WE are at our worst.

Other reviewers are just sissies; this is a fantastic business. ...If your medication was THAT important, you would've just bought it off the streets beforehand. You "men" don't know REAL pain.

The best CVS I've been in. Very clean store, that's pretty well stocked. There's always this cashier there named Danny who is super nice and helpful

I had been fighting with WALGREENS....because they have no common sense or common courtesy....CVS had been calling WALGREENS for 2 days 2 get my prescription transferred ...Finally
KERRI @ CVS got thru to them she was very professional, had great customer service...KERRI went beyond her call of duty and I appreciate her so much...
