Dufrene's Heating & Cooling

We called Dufrene's, for the first time, the last week of May 2019, after noticing our 2 year old unit wasn't cooling efficiently. The office was very polite and sent Tommy out the next day. Tommy was prompt for the scheduled visit. He expertly diagnosed that our coils were leaking. He explained our options, including replacing our unit inside and out, with a newer more efficient unit. They had a special promotion and we opted for a new unit. Rance and Brandon worked tirelessly in the heat to install the unit. We were extremely impressed with their professional, expert installation and clean up. Very personable and courteous throughout the entire process. Tommy came out in less than 2 weeks to evaluate everything. Overall a pleasant experience. We would recommend Dufrene's to anyone in need of their services.

Thank you for the same day service vs. over a week with my last repair company! The technician, Phil, was extremely courteous and professional. The price of service was about $60 cheaper than previous company. I especially like that Dufrene’s gave a 2 hour time frame and then a text message when the technician was on the way.

Dufrene's has been doing all of my AC service and maintenance since I bought my first home 3 years ago. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I signed up for their "membership", which means I only pay $29 anytime I have an AC issue, no matter if it is on the weekend or at night. They also come out and give my system a maintenance twice a year for free. Not to mention the saving that I get from it on all service calls. All in all i would recommend this company to anyone who needs AC service, in fact, I do all of the time. They are the best around for sure.

The installation of our new unit was great! Brandon and Rance were wonderful. They were both very polite. I was completely at ease leaving them alone in the house. I was able to mow my lawn while they worked. The house was clean and cool when they were done. 5 Stars! Stacey Pitre

The Service Technician, Mr. Tommy, was very professional in servicing our air conditioner in addition to explaining the efficiency of our unit. Tommy is the reason we decided to purchase the yearly membership prestige service for both AC and heater. What a deal! Very happy customer.

Highly recommend using this company! Same day service. OUTSTANDING customer service. Tate throughly explained the problem and multiple solutions over and over agin until we were comfortable with our decision to get a completely new unit. If you use this company ask for Tate, you will not regret it! They now have life long customers.

A high-end Trane HVAC system was a significant investment in my home. I entrusted Dufrene’s with the project. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with that decision. Every interaction I had with them was professional and pleasant, even enjoyable. From speaking with the office about scheduling, to leaving a late-night message with the 24-hr answering service (about something I had forgotten), meetings with Phil the field manager / point man, the text and e-mail updates (including a tracking system when Phil or the installers were in route to my home for an appointment) and most importantly the spot-on functioning of the system itself.... the entire experience with Dufrene’s exceeded my expectations. You can't go wrong hiring this company. They dispatch someone very quickly and the work they do is second to none. Our serviceman Ken was an absolute pleasure to work with and he was able to fix our issue quickly and for a reasonable cost. This is my go to company for all my HVAC needs!

Just had a service call and an new technology installation performed at my Lockport residence from Dufrene’s Refrigeration. I have to say that these guys are nothing short of professional and did an amazing job. We barely knew they were there, they were quiet as a church mouse and when finished cleaned up after themselves. Very rare for that type of business. They never asked to use any of my tools nor did they seem to waste any time. Probably one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had with an HVAC company. I’d recommend them 10 times out of 10 without a doubt! They also installed new 3 Reme Halo systems to help with my family’s allergies. Looking forward to those benefits. Thank you Phil Lodrigue!
