I'm in here at least once a month, if not more. The staff is always so nice, and pleasant to talk to. Very helpful when I'm looking at the new products or stock. I work in the area but live elsewhere, and will go only here for my tapes, bc I enjoy the customer service!

This shop is AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things. They are SO responsive on Instagram and reply within minutes. They were happy to answer any and every question I had!! I am from out of state and placed an online order. They had it shipped out quite literally next day and when I tell you the packaging was BOMB PROOF, I mean it! Levels is my favorite smoke shop I’ve been to across the entire east coast. Anthony (owner) is not only an outstanding guy who makes everyone in his shop feel like a friend, but also a walking encyclopedia when it comes to all things glass, vapes and smoking. Anthony is passionate about being up to date with new tech and having the freshest heady items available at the shop. They carry all the best vapes and flavors and also stock everything a smoker could ever want or need. They also have an extremely generous rewards program and throw some outrageous sales a couple times a year. Always immaculate vibes over there at Levels.
PS. Don’t sleep on Orbins vape recommendations! That man knows what’s good!
