Cute clothes but the 2 shirts I was looking at were out on the shelf. When we asked the gentleman working the desk if they had anymore, he wouldn't even go look to see. I was very disappointed because I would have made a purchase but because he didnt feel like getting up to look, we walked out the door

I placed an order in may- got my order and needed to exchange. Sent them back and they claim they never got them. I sent my receipt that showed who signed for them. Finally got a response and was told my order was on its way. I have requested a refund by email and text. No response. It’s been months.

I signed up for the monthly subscription. I received the first box after making 2 month’s payments, making me a month behind on product. I decided to cancel. I received a shipping notification for August but never received anything. I emailed and messaged on Facebook to ask about either getting my product that I paid for or a refund. I got no reply. I’m hoping my bank can get my money back.

I messaged the Facebook page on November 29th wanting a custom sweatshirt for my mom for Christmas and was told it could be done and all the details, she said she would make a proof for me to make sure I liked it. She never got back with me so about 4 days later I messaged again and she never replied so I gave it a couple days then called and she wasn’t in but the girl said she’d have her call me, never called. This morning I called and asked if she could get back with me so I could find another option if she can’t make it, the girl said she would make sure she called me back and she never called, so this evening I called again and the girl said “i talked to her, she said she can’t” I would have liked to know that 2 weeks ago. Especially contacting them 3-4 times someone could have got back with me. There’s really no excuse. Extremely bad customer service in every aspect.
