7-Eleven

Pleasantly surprised, just passing thru, this is the nicest, cleanest 7-11 I think I've ever been too. It's a mini-store, fast food and gas station all in one. Jennifer is the sweetest thing. Stop by and say hi!

We came at night after stopping at the lights and the lady was really nice to us!

Ms. Rochelle always makes me feel welcomed! She is always bright and full of energy. Love going to this store especially during her shift. One of the kindest women I have ever met!

Hats off to the small crew off ladies who keep this store going 24 -7, for all of us, no matter what! They are truly the best and we appreciate them all being there for us, no matter what hour of the day or night that we need somthing. THANKYOU, LADIES !!!!

Decent enough 7/11! Store was organized and checkout was smooth

Super convenient location. Price is always competitive. Plenty of selection inside, even have “clean” snack options which I appreciated. The attendant misheard me at how much I wanted at my pump and let out a disgruntled sigh. Seemed rather annoyed after I corrected her

woman working was very rude and nosy. stood at the end of the counter and stared as us with an ugly look on her face and continued doing so after i smiled at her. then we watched her complain about us to other customers that were clearly uncomfortable. we’ve been to this location numerous times and we’ve had an issue with the woman who works nights every single time. she refused to refund a box of soda we didn’t even have that she rang us up for. we ended up grabbing it since she wouldn’t issue a refund. one time the lady working refused to give us change because she was ‘too lazy to get into the safe.’ her words not mine. if i could give negative stars i would. they need a whole new nighttime staff.

Cashier was so rude to me and my husband he went in to buy a beer and she took it out of his hand and immediately started screaming saying it was too early like okay we get that but still there was no need to be rude about it was very disrespectful thinking we only knew Spanish when I was clearly speaking to her in fluent English. While we were outside leaving she threatened to call the cops on us. Very agressive, impolite, the store was trashy too

if i could give it zero stars i would. rochelle is the rudest person i’ve ever met frankly. tells me my card declined and starts to yell at me then i show her it did indeed take the money from my account she states “she doesn’t care” hopefully can get it figured out it was $26. won’t be coming back if she is working.

The woman who works the night shift is incredibly rude and aggressive. She will call the police over minor inconveniences, routinely screams and cusses at customers, and threatens people. Absolutely out of control.

The store itself is a max 2 out of 5. Filthy, generally unstocked, locked entrances, etc

Awful awful business. Rochelle needs fired. If this store doesn’t get on its feet I will not be coming back.

Rochelle has a horrible nasty attitude. She wouldn't give me a refund and she said it's not her fault I couldn't get it together because I changed my mind one time. The lady is unstable and needs to get mental help. When I came in she was already yelling and thought she could just talk to me crazy. Trashy experience.

I had an unfortunate experience at this gas station tonight. I was trying to find the restroom, and the lady working there asked me where the hell I thought I was going. I asked her where the restroom was. She just rolled her eyes and didnt answer. She was griping at another customer as I was leaving. My friend who was with me said she was telling the other employee she wasn't there to pick up trash. Very unfriendly. I've never experienced such rude behavior. I will not be back. 12/22/21 at 9:15 pm.

Stripes was better. Everyone that 7eleven has taken over falls apart. Food is cold, the toppings bar for tacos was completely out, she was slow preparing the food. What a shame how dirty the 7eleven looks like compared to when it was Stripes.

We just had the worst experience in this 7-11!Tread lightly if you decide to stop here. The clerk working the register was hostile and accusatory. The clerk seems to operate in a world where we; the customers, are subjected to the clerks idiosyncrasies. As the customer, we must adhere to some strange code of conduct that only the clerk knows.
If we exchange currency 💴 for example; we must do it their way or they will berate, accuse, and chastise the customers?
What happened to Respect and Communicating?
No customer deserves to be treated with such indignity and disrespect. How sad that THIS is “Customer Service”.

Very rude staff. Never stoping there again. The cashier was aggressive and rude when talking to a paying costumer. Y’all should hire better people.

We were about to seat and use the tables. But the cashier just told us that we were aloud to use them. Even if we were planning on getting something to eat.
