Gem of a store! Glad to have this in Monterey! Only issue is they close at 5 on the weekdays, but it's completely understandable for a small business. Loved our visit and will be back!

I had the most wonderful experience at The French Market. This is truly a very special place with a charming decor and an amazing selection of local handcrafted products and unique gifts. Julie and Zoe are the most pleasant ladies and they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I'm thrilled to have such a gem in our community, and I can't wait to return for more delightful finds.

What a lovely little shop on the mountain! The owner is amazing! You can tell she loves the community. The other young girl who works there is just precious! It’s a great place to find unique items ranging from houseplants and pasta to candles and jewelry…all while feeling like you’re in an actual French boutique. Go. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely love this place! Very unique items, easiest place EVER to shop for a gift (for me or others ; ) Highly recommend! Make sure to have plenty of time, there’s so much to see.

Beautiful store and addition to the city of Monterey! Extremely friendly, polite and helpful employees who are very knowledgeable about the products. I've shopped here several times and will continue to. This is such a great place for not only everyday items, but unique gifts for everyone! Love this store!
