Customer service has always been great. I haven't experienced any negativity.

I only stop in on the weekends and the service is excellent and very informative.

They rarely open on time. More than once I have set in car ten or more min past time for them to open and employee's doesn't show. Make sure call you before u waste gas going here, because they rarely open on time but always seem to close early very poorly ran vape shop. Go to Mt pleasant they show up to work on time

Store sells faulty products that do not work, and the store will not offer an exchange or refund. $50 is gone for literally nothing.

Okay so the Employees each have a different price for the vapes. Unos, ranging from $9-$20 for the exact brand, puffs. 3 different people, 3 different prices. After asking why, the guy behind the counter could only give me an attitude while he was too busy conversing with the girl behind the counter who I could only assume was his girlfriend as she did not acknowledge me, and I've never seen her up there before. I could only remind that guy that I was a loyal customer and wanted the best deals, and when prices are changing at this location so frequently I would go somewhere else where I could get consistency. They lost my buisness.

Waste of money for products that do not work. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
