Ken gave me a call about my U haul reservation not being available. He then informed me to "go back to the drawing board" and it "wasn't his problem" my reservation could not be fulfilled. His attitude was unprofessional and he sounds like the kind of person I would never do business with. Hope you don't get stuck with this guy as your uhaul pick up or drop off.
