Butter Krust Discount Bread Store

Guys, I never knew about this place. Lopez and I went there and paid under 7 bucks for 3 loaves of bread (raisin 😊, wheat, and white)-full loaves; three pastries each (6 total), and maybe some cookies for Ms Penni. I don't remember. NICE 👍. Friendly customers and staff which was very helpful and appreciative bringing my first experience there, had me making plans to coming back for more. When you need to stretch that dollar, feed you, your family, your family's family, friends or even taking care of the homeless community, this place is that blessing that can take you there, Giving Him, The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob sll the Honor and Glory! AMEN!

The lower prices are great and you can always freeze bread, desserts until you need them.

This is my go to bread store I'm so glad I found it . The bread is alot cheaper than the grocery store and it's fresh. There is a variety of breads . Also lots of snacks for those kiddos this summer. The ladies that work there are very nice .

This place should be your favorite neighborhood bread stop!!!! Different types of breads with $1.00-$2.50 off regular bread rates at HEB or Walmart. Friendly & genuine customer service!!! I grew up on a lot of the items found there. Gives me a very nostalgic & euphoric feeling. Snacks & breads of all sorts. Don't sleep on this place! You'll be happy with the amount of items you'll buy for the price you pay. It's worth it! Returning today for a re-up ❤🥰

Clean and plenty of bread and other goods at reasonable prices. Yes, dated and sold a few days before expiration, but it goes fast in this house.

Not a sign on this entire building to indicate there is a bread outlet here. The mobility access ramps are massively expansive and long with a tiny door to get your chair into the building. This is an older building not designed with the mobility impaired in mind, They have done their best to accommodate.

The selections were varied and available. Bread and bakery items were plentiful. Chips and other items were equally varied and available. The staff was helpful and kindly.

THE REASON I GO TO THIS PLACE IS FOR YOLLIE AND ROSIE THEY BOTH MAKE THIS PLACE SO WELCOMING AND COULDNT IMAGINE IT WITHOUT THEM BOTH! THE PRODUCTS THEY HAVE ARE GREAT AND THE PRICES EVEN BETTER. I COME BY ONCE TO TWICE A WEEK TO SEE WHAT NEW STUFF THEY HAVE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The lovely lady Yolanda was so kind! There were a couple of rude inpatient ppl that came in and out, but she handled the situation well. I really like this location.

Update 04/27/22: location is always clean and fully stocked. Prices have gone up on some items that they offer butter,soups, spices pbutter; but inflation..... Still Bought small loaf bread some snacks and chips for less that $4.00.

Love this place with prices on the rise I’m able to stock up on snacks and freeze bread. So much cheaper than Walmarts bread. Plus very friendly staff.

The best!! Always a good deal. Considerably cheaper than even Walmart! Try Dave's breads with no preservatives! Even at a day old all their stuff is delicious. Employees are friendly too.
