Blanca was so awesome! From when we walked in all the way to the end of our purchase!!!!
With the deal she got us we were able to keep our numbers (3 lines) & get the proper protection for our phones with screen protectors & cases!

Ms. Blanca was really great. I just went in needing to get some clarity on some of my lines and she was able to all around be able to match my questions and in turn offer me even better solutions to my needs. Her product knowledge was A1 and she is so easy to talk to. Bee (her colleague called her) made at first a very frustrating trip to store I didn't want to take today into a great resolve...made the rest of my day seem a Lil bearable ...

Went in today and had an amazing conversation (not a pushy sales pitch) with Blanca! She knows her stuff and answered the questions I had in mind. Blanca is very patient and amazing at what she does! I highly recommend to visit her and this location.

Clark had been very welcoming since the moment I walked in. I wasn’t too sure on how to explain what I was needing but he was very patient with me and helped figure out what I was looking for. I also have to say he made our interactions feel very unique and not forced. 100% will be coming back for any future services.

Blanca who also said people call her Bee the manager was very helpful and very knowledgable. I had questions on my account and availability for upgrade. She was able to help me find out and I know now where to go once my upgrade is ready. The store was very next and clean. Welcoming and establishes trust.

It was my first time coming to this location, I had a problem with my iphone, i upgraded, but something was going on with my sim card going into an e-sim, but marisela helped me throughout the whole process and made sure that all my questions and concerns were heard. She is super helpful, and sweet. She made the overall experience be less stressful! i’m so thankful we were able to resolve the issue.

Absolutely the best ATT store in San Antonio !! Sandra & Gloria are not only knowledgeable, their customer service is above and beyond the average, they actually are happy to help you with your needs, explain so you understand what your options are, and what in the future will be in your best interest! You can even call & they will assist you with your questions..

I went into the store the other day; needing help with my getting some accessories for my iPhone. I met with Marisela and Clark. They were very helpful as to how I could expand on not just air buds and AirPods, but larger speakers for my home and or workshop. Very happy with my new speaker for home and definitely will be taking it on outings with the family. Thank you very much!!!

Blanca as I entered the store greeted me immediately and was extremely helpful as well as attentive to my needs. I have not had a more pleasant experience with Blanca and the staff at this store, (Loop 410 at Bandera Rd).
I think Blanca and Joe went above and beyond their expected duties in making me feel comfortable to what I was purchasing as well as how to use my new phone.

I went this location the other day to grab a few items and found the service to be wonderful. I was helped by Marisela. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful during my visit.

Clark is amazing!! We made the switch from Verizon to AT&T and saved $100 off our bill and got new phones. His customer service is top notch. He also hooked us up with home internet which we also saved from our current provider. I’ve honestly never received better customer service especially at a phone/internet store. If you are planning to switch internet companies, or just looking to save on your bill, hit up our guy Clark! He needs a raise 🤣

Went into the store and was greeted by Blanca. She was very helpful and was hands on with everything I needed to know. I definitely recommend her for great customer service.

Stopped in to check out some new phones and possible switch if carrier the store was very clean and staff very welcoming, mrs blanca was very helpful and also took the time to show me multiple devices and was very patient with me and show me some new stuff on the device.
