The best furniture place I've ever been to. The bed/mattress that I got there a couple of months ago has been so good to my back I slept on a hard floor for 17 months and the people that work there are so special they made sure that after I finally got a bed and paid for it on a Sunday afternoon in early Jan 2023 that I got it that day with out a vehicle because that nice guy Cory who worked there said he didn't want me to go one more night sleeping on a hard floor and he brought it to me after he got off work. Guess who gets my furniture business forever these wonderful people who sell their products with love and kindness will always get my business.

Absolutely phenomenal and quality service! Our sales representative was Shane and he was polite, helpful and extremely professional. The movers were the same! We love the vast options that were provided and how quickly from purchasing that it was delivered. Highly recommend this store and location!!!

I was heading to another furniture store and saw this store and thought I’d walk in. Tim and Trinadeir were absolutely fantastic in accommodating me for a delivery the next day and purchasing my furniture. Jeremy and Mike were the delivery people and installers and they were fantastic, super polite! A 10 all the way through this process!

Mikel was absolutely AMAZING with the process of purchasing our new couch. He was so helpful, easy to work with, and not a typical pushy salesman.
This is the 2nd time purchasing furniture from 16 cents, and both times have been great! The quality of their inventory his high and they keep the prices very fair, and lower than other stores. We will definitely be back.
Also, I just happen to stumble in on a crazy 40% off sale that just started yesterday.

Tim and Ryan delivered 3 recliners today for me and a bedframe and mattress set for my brother David. We love our new furniture. Tim and Ryan did a great job setting the bed up and putting the recliners together. They were awesome!

Alan was very cool to buy from. He didn’t bombard us with threats that we “should buy it now because we might not have it later”, which is what all other furniture store associates have done to us in the past. He provided us with information about the furniture and business and let us look around for as long as we wanted. I cannot stress the importance of this: he did not follow us around like we were somehow going to walk out of his store with a couch in our pockets, which happens in almost every single store these days. We felt comfortable in his store and we did not feel pressured to buy anything (although we did end up buying a couch set that was the best deal we’ve ever seen). The furniture in that store is so beautiful and a lot of it is made in the USA, so his business supports local furniture makers. We went with an inexpensive set this time around, but fully intend on coming back when we need more furniture. I’ve already taken pamphlets and business cards to family members, I highly recommend this place. Not only is it a wonderful business with beautiful furniture, but also they are family friendly and have an adorable little family that we got the pleasure of seeing. I hope you will at least take a gander at the furniture before making any final decisions on not shopping there.

The employees at 16 Cents were very friendly and took their time to advise me of the selections of furniture. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with my purchases. Brandon W and Frank F delivered my bedroom furniture. I was very pleased with the care and caution they took with the furniture and their ability to put everything together quickly and place it just as I wanted.

Purchasing new bedroom furniture was a painless experience, but Brandon and Tim were the real deal! These guys delivered my furniture earlier than I was expecting, and did so fast and professionally! I’ll definitely be recommending 16 Cents to friends!

We got a great deal on our furniture for payment in cash. Plus an added military discount which we appreciate very much. The delivery men Brandon and Mike were wonderful courteous and had a great sense of humor.

First of all, I want to Thank Shane as the Love and kindness of Christ flowed out of him. I had a fun time with my daughter picking out my new furniture. Shane was very helpfu!l!! Five stars for my entire experience. Love my new living room set!!

Rented a uhaul. The gentleman that helped us was nice. The shops clean and products are bast and look brand new.
