I'm so glad I got my lizard 🦎🦎 baby through Morgan and her husband...the best place to get any lizard baby or fish Morgan takes care of them. And she's always there for help or answers to your questions.

I've been very impressed by the quality of care for the creatures at HomeGrown Scales. The owner in particular has been very kind and helpful with getting the fish tank up to par and recommending quality equipment.

Morgan is truly the best.....she gives you her time and attention to insure that u know what ur the lizard friend or fish friend or snake or spider needs ......

If you're getting Fish or a Reptile/ Amphibian Please go here over a PETCO. Their prices are competitive their knowledge is far better they will let you know exactly what you need for a proper set up or how to fix your current set up.

They treat their animals and even the feeder stock far better than a major chain could ever dream of.

Morgan and her staff have gone above and beyond. I am probably in her store once a week for bugs and various items for my Bearded Dragon. Morgan is very helpful, insightful and very willing to brainstorm ideas if your having an issue with a critter. Can't say enough amazing stuff about this place that's just right up the road!! Keep up the great work!!!

The Employees were so very kind and knowledgeable! I definitely enjoyed my time! They let me hold some of the snakes and ask a million and one questions! I now tell everyone that asks where to get a reptile to go here!

Amazing employees and amazing pricing! I’ve never seen such a clean, organized and expansive reptile store! I was beyond impressed! The girl working (not Morgan unfortunately) was super kind and answered countless questions! She even let me hold a baby beaded dragon! Will definitely be coming back when I pick up my tank from home! Ps. When the animals they get from breeders don’t meet their standards they breed their own! (SO SO SO impressed with the quality of care and attention to detail!)

This place rocks! I got my entire tank set up there including, shrimp, plants, substrate and fish - months down the road all are happy and healthy! Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It's always warm in there too!

Stellar selection of happy, healthy, fish, and a knowledgeable staff. I went in thinking maybe they’d have just a few of the more common fish I was looking for, but in fact had a thorough/wide selection, and are able to get the species they didn’t have in stock for me special order. A good selection of plants, shrimp, and snails as well. One stop shop for all your aquarium needs.

Great little Store. Owner is wonderful & very pleasant. You can tell that she really enjoys her business & genuinely is interested in helping and satisfying her customers. She has a wealth of knowledge and advice for people who want to know more about their hobby, ranging from Snakes, Gecko's & Lizards to tropical & Saltwater fish. I really enjoyed my visit.

Morgan is very nice and helpful. I have almost all of my supplies for my reptile there, (as well as the reptile), and I have not ever had a problem with it. This is a perfect place to buy reptiles, fish, supplies, and so on.

Morgan is super knowledgeable and she cares about what she does. Willing to work with people on just about anything pet related. prices are good, animal care in store is top notch and she is always available to discuss issues with pets or plans. anything I have a question for I ask morgan.

Morgan is the best in the area, she knows her stuff and genuinely cares about the animals. So much better than the chain pet stores. Highly recommend.

The lady who runs it was very nice and knew a ton about the animals she had. She talked to us for half an hour to discuss whether getting a chamillion was right for our home or not. She even had very smart solutions to fix the problems we would face such as humidity and heating. She also let us meet a few of the animals and discuss the difference in care between them. We will definitely return. 10/10

Until today, I had never heard of this shop. I contacted them in search of black worms for my young axolotl. At this time, they do not have them, nobody does due to Canadian exportation problems. But they were so helpful! The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable about axolotl care and how to help me with my concerns/issues. Good axolotl advice is hard to find. I look forward to visiting this shop for all of my axolotl needs in the future. Thank you HGS!
