7-Eleven

New 7-Eleven in Rockwall by the 66 boat ramp. Nice and clean with a good layout. The coffee bar is excellent and they have both the typical snacks as well as healthy options. If you have the 7-Eleven app you get some really good deals.
This is a prime spot to stop by on your way to work or the lake.

At first I was upset about “another 7-11” but the new coffee machines are nice! Also please make sure that there is more than one employee M-F morning shift, the pleasant girl working can’t stock and work the register. It gets too busy for one person take some lessons from QT they always have more than one person.

Wow, fantastic location and conveniently located too. The staff are extremely friendly and the entire store is impeccably clean and tidy. They have updated machines for their coffee and hot drinks, just truly fantastic!! Go check it out and you wont be upset at your self.

Just a quick stop for an Icee & snack. There was easy parking, polite cashier & gas available with a minimal wait. Good experience

This 7-Eleven is a good place to get basic needs for your immediate food, drinks, firewood and other items. The staff are attentive, courteous and friendly. One of the better convenience stores to get the items you want. I come here often and have no reservations about reccomending 7-11 for your basic purchases. 7-11 is an offshoot of the Southland Ice Corporation, a company that delivered ice to customers when referidgerators didn't have compressors but were true 'ice-boxes'. Where a block of ice was loaded into the top of ice-box and helped keep the food cool. The first 7-11 was in Oak Cliff at Edgefield and (12th ?).

Convenient location just over the Highway 66 bridge with all the amenities you enjoy from 7-Eleven. Great stop before getting out on Lake Ray Hubbard!

Difficult place to do business at, first you have to navigate through the copse of trees just to find the door, then a gremlin steps out and makes you answer three questions to enter. Very inconvenient.

Prices are ok, but the troll price you have to pay to cross the bridge is waaaaaay too high. I just went around another direction.

Oh - and the employee behind the counter was a real fairy.

Felt very crowded and disorganized store

It’s been about 8months since I’ve been at the store. It has really gone downhill. The men’s restroom is absolutely filthy. piss all over the floor, toilet paper all floor. hasn’t been cleaned in days. It’s pretty obvious. If the restroom is that filthy, so is everything else specially, the food, the countertops they don’t clean.

Gas buyer beware. I filled up my Acura tonight and had roughly 2 gallons until empty. It took 20.49 gallons to fill it. The funny thing is my tank only holds 18.50 gallons. We called the location to let them know they might need to recalibrate their tanks. The “manager” said we were never there and didn’t see a charge on a credit card matching my last 4 #’s. This is my neighborhood gas station and just wanted to do a courtesy call, and but after getting hung up on I think I might call the dept of agriculture to file a complaint. We didn’t want anything in return just to let them know there could be an issue. Bad way to conduct business in Rockwall where you never know who was on the phone trying to do a a courtesy for your business and the other unsuspecting residents.
