I was happily surprised to find out that they were open on Sundays. 👍 I Had a problem involving the ACP program and understanding it. Adalai was very helpful in helping me to understand it, and she also gave me a cricket wireless brochure explaining it!

Short and simple.Employees we’re very helpful and awesome. Store was clean to. Cody and his employees hooked me up with a new phone at a great price and the service for the price can’t be beat in this rural area.

Horrible customer service, walked in and I wasn't even greeted. Finally an employee stumbles out of the back and looks as if I’m an inconvenience to them. Went on to ask if they can help me with insurance claim and or upgrading a new phone. Guy continued to be no help. After 5 years of having the same phone and service you would think this company would help you out. No not at all. Would not recommend cricket wireless. And absolutely would not recommend this store. They are money hungry.

Ask if you can return there items before you buy anything from them they don’t have any signs up to notify that there items are not returnable if anything happens it. I bought a spreaker from this store 2 weeks later it broke. I was told it was not returnable and they had signs up stating that which they didn’t I was also told it was on the receipt but that’s after you buy there item.. to little to late by now then it’s already bought sounds unfair to me so before you waste your money like I did please be aware. Thank you if I could give them zero stars I would

Bad service, went in on a Monday and couldn't find anyone available. Left and immediately went to the next available phone place I saw.

I went here to file a insurance claim on a iPhone 7 that is broken and this dude said it’d cost close to 900 for the iphone 14 with insurance but when I got home and called cricket they made me aware that not only was that untrue but it’d be 250 at most. Just be careful they are definitely hunting commission pay. If I could do half a star I would.
