So glad to have these guys taking care of my pool. For the second time in a couple of months my pool had issues and Bryce came out and fixed them immediately. Smart, polite and quick! They also come clean the pool weekly and fix the levels. Love these guys - definitely highly recommend!

I really cannot speak highly enough of the service and care Lisa and her team provided. They also helped educate us on pool maintenance and advised where we needed spend and where we could save on the repairs and supplies we needed. They really went above and beyond to get our pool issues resolved quickly, and the extra time spent answering our questions helped us triage the myriad of issues and address them economically, and gave us total peace of mind that we were getting exactly what was needed.

We had a relative pass away suddenly and their pool was in a state of disrepair. We tried ourselves to get it cleaned up in time for the funeral reception at the house, but it was well beyond our capabilities. After a couple of trips to the store and explaining the situation, Lisa dropped what she was doing to come check it out herself. She bent over backwards to ensure all the repairs were completed as quickly as possible, and miraculously had the pool looking pristine by the time of the reception. It may seem trivial in the scheme of things, but it cannot be understated how impactful it was to have Lisa and her team jump into action to take this off our plate so we could focus on other things during that time. They have our business for life.

The Pinch A Penny West Lake Worth team have been so responsive and helpful! They do an excellent job with our pool maintenance and have been great to work with as we update our equipment. They presented options with great pricing and have been guiding us through the process step by step. Their pool maintenance program is like clockwork and super dependable. I would highly recommend them.

Hands down best customer service out there. The team at this pinch a penny in lake Worth is so good and everything. They help in every way possible and explain everything so that it is easy to understand. They also do their best to make sure I don't overspend but still get sufficient materials. Every member at this store has helped me start up and take care of my pool. I would give 10 stars if possible!!!

I have had the privilege of visiting this store (on different days of the week and times) and was introduced to both Lisa and Bryce who are the owners and operators of this location. *side note: one or both of them were present in the store at the time of my visit). The first thing I noticed was the store was in impeccable order, very organized and with a very receptive staff. I have visited and am familiar with other locations (Northlake Blvd, Greenacres and several in the Tampa bay area) and hands down this location is one of the best. Unfortunately, I have noticed that many of the locations appear a bit out-dated and remind me of Radio Shacks back in the 70's and 80's (not enough light in the store and cluttered at times). Lisa and Bryce's store should be a great example of how they should all be set up and managed. I highly recommend pool and spa owners to visit this location. I am certain you will not be disappointed and will hopefully make this your store. If you get a chance to visit, ask for Lisa or Bruce Weidner and you'll see exactly what I am talking about.

The customer service is exceptional. They are always friendly and very knowledgeable. The store itself is very clean and stocked. A great store to get your pool supplies.

Coolest pool store I have ever been to. The floor is so cool kids were trying to swim on it. I had been to Home Depot & Lowes & Leslie no one had skimmer baskets. This place did!!!!! They did not just have pool stuff as far as the eye could see….. they had girl pool stuff like cute signs, pretty totes with matching blankets….. the stuff girls use to make a pool look like a vacation. Lisa was the gorgeous lady that helped me. She is awesome and her son Bryce knows everything about water and chems. Love that it’s clean. Love that it is family. Love the merch. Def coming back
