I had a hard time finding 1 inch wide Parafilm. They had it. Shipping was fast. A little pricey but I'll take what I can get.

Orchard valley supply has the best pricing and customer service. The product selection is huge and I would much rather go here than any department store. They are always helpful and have extra information on product specs. I use them for my garden tools and my small farm. Highly recommend

I order from orchard valley supply every spring for a vineyard I manage. The prices are very fair. I've used orchard valley supply the last 4 years and everything always shows up within a few days and always accurate to my order. I highly recommend Orchard Valley supply!

We purchased a total of 16 rolls of bee netting from this company. 12 rolls cost us $375.00 each plus freight and tax.

3 additional rolls were ordered however these we picked up at what we understood was a store belonging to this same company. We paid for the rolls over the phone and drove to Paso Robles to pick them up.

As it turned out we needed 1 more roll. When we called the Paso Robles location we decided to just give them our payment information over the phone. The price was $260.73 per roll.

When we questioned Orchard Valley Supply about this they tell us that the two businesses are not related to each other as to the reason we were charged $114 less that from the store. Had we been told this in the first place we would have purchased all 16 rolls direct from the Paso Robles store.

As far as we are concerned this is just playing business games after the fact.

In addition, Orchard Valley Supply over charges on freight by 50% and on tax as well. They provided no explanation as to why.

Be nice if they would answer the phone

I purchased trellis wire for my company, which had to be returned. Product cost alone was $600.00. Shipping to and from added up to $503.23, so we were only partially refunded for the product amount. We were never told how much shipping would cost to return (it was refused when delivered). The shipping cost for this company is just outrageous. Had we known, we never would have ordered from them.

Customer Service is non existent. They just say our supervisors are on west coast will have to get back to you in a few hours. Then why answer the phone. Just give me the west coast office then. UGH I won't order thru them anymore!

Don't buy the spinning jenny the expensive heavy duty model maybe made it a year but they're just like every other company no one makes a good Jenny there's broke at the welds on the bottom just like everyone else don't buy a Jenny from anyone you have to have it made they're all garbage
