Let me tell you about the manager at this store. Her and her staff are AMAZING.. Couldn't ask for better REAL PEOPLE to handle my cell needs. Any time I have a question or need help the staff at this store especially the manager she will do whatever she can....

I love cricket wireless, been with them a little over 4 years and couldn't be happier with the service and when I need an upgrade the customer service is amazing, I tell them what I like in a phone and they point me in the right direction and give me details and even make sure it's what I want! They set it up and ask I have to do is sign everything in and go on my merry way after paying for my new phone and accessories!

I have done business with cricket for most of the last 20 years. I like the product, from phones to plans. I have thought that Cricket's customer service had lacked, to put it mildly. The company rarely focuses on customer service, if ever. The Miami store definately goes above all lack of customer service found throughout the company. They keep a good selection of phones on hand. The personnel is knowledgeable about their products and helpful in the process to boot. To compare, the cricket 800 line will just ignore you if they don't want to talk to you (it has happened to me twice). I would recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks for making Cricket a better place for me staff at the Miami store.

Good service, great plan, pricing, and coverage, I'm usually impressed. BUT crickets online help is pure trash. Can't understand durka durka in whatever 3rd world country they outsource their call centers to, and on top of that, those people freaking argue with you and insulted me because the Miami Oklahoma store messed up what service I payed for, and wanted me to pay more money.
