Staff always super friendly in the restaurant and store whenever I come here! I came in tonight with a high-maintenance icecream request and the young woman assisting me (she had brown curly hair) was incredibly cool about it and helpful too. this is also one of the cleaner braum's around

Always good and consistent. Some of the best staff as we've come to expect. Great products always fresh and very reasonably priced, especially considering the best quality. Hay, it's Braums!

We visited this location and were blown away by Jason who gave us exceptional customer service. I appreciated everything about him. His appearance, his kindness, his efficiency in taking our order and his patience in serving us when the ice cream machine went through a series of sputters indicating more mix was required. He was so poised and memorable. Thank you Jason! Of course, the ice cream was also very delicious. So much so, even though we now avoid animal products, we did make an exception for a yummy swirl cone.

Husband got the cookie dough shake & I ordered an iced caramel latte but the coffee machine was not working. I substituted it with a scoop of chocolate and the staff gave me a larger scoop/cup to make up for the coffee machine not working. Service was quick and staff were friendly.

Update 10/12/23 - visited tonight for a quick snack and ended up shopping from the market as well. We will see how we like the milk & ice cream we got, they had a deal on ice cream 2 for $7, figured I'd try some of the frozen yogurt.

Jan was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure my meal was correct. It was a pleasure having her be the one to take my order. I appreciate her.

Best fast food ever. And the ice cream is unbeatable. I wish we had them in California.

Staff is always friendly and willing to help. However, I believe Braums needs to hire more people and checkout lanes should be monitored better.

I really like Karen, when I go there it’s usually a little past six in the morning. You can always hear the smile in her voice & then, when you drive up, you see it on her face! My order is always correct. Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the man that also works that shift but he is always polite & efficient as well…
all I can say is he wears glasses.
Thank you both, for when I come, always getting my morning started on a good note.

My first job was a braums and I've always loved the food. I moved out of state and everytime I go back I stop at the first one . The whole time I'm in Oklahoma, I eat braums once a day if not two. They are all so good whichever one I stop at.

Good burgers and ice cream. Decent price on good eats. The grocery section is decent for grab-and-go milk & eggs etc.

Order the #7 crispy chicken sandwhich with a Carmel shake mmmmhh mmm mmmmhmm so good the braums off the 39th expressway I've learned is the best it's fast clean and they always make the food right! 23rd st and rockwell is good too

If you are going to eat fast food, eat here. They also have a good variety of no added sugar ice creams available fir purchase to take home. Very friendly staff.

My daughter absolutely loves this Braum's. She's 5 and is learning to be a big girl so she likes ordering her own food. We always come through around 2:30 in the afternoon and either Karen or another young lady waits on us and as soon as my daughter talks into the speaker, they know it's her every single time. And they are the kindest to her. I didn't get a chance to catch the other lady's name but every time we go, my daughter looks for her and Karen. We haven't seen Karen in about a week so hopefully she hasn't quit. She's def a good employee.

Love everything about Brahms. I purchased 4 top sirloin steaks for less than 25$ they were the best cuts of beef we have ever pulled from the grill. Aside from that they had shelves and freezers fully stocked .

They are great and everyone is so nice and helpful.

Not that we needed one this close because we have one but this location comes in handy. Especially less than a mile away, and my first time at the location since it opened. Last minute run tonight was worth it. Friendly staff. Food was amazing and the request of our order was accurate as complicated as we are. Very impressive! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
