Its a small, but the busiest & most profitable store in the area. It is packed with sales...and look for coupons for even better deals.

Customer service was awesome. Their employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. Very down-to-earth people. Overall experience was very pleasant. Big 5 sporting goods always have great deals on knives and hunting gear. They also have great deals on shoes.

I came in for a punching bag and they didn’t have any new ones but sold me the floor model. Not only did they give me the last sale price (which was $20 cheaper), knocked another 10% off that and sanitized it for me. Best customer service I’ve had in a while!

Great place to buy any kind of sporting goods. Went there for my son's soccer cleats, and shin guards. Good variety and reasonable pricing. Will go here for more!!

The staff here is very helpful and pleasant. Great cistomer service! Fast and friendly! I was in a big hurry to buy cleats and gloves for my children's football. They allowed my son to remove the gloves from the cardboard to make sure we had a good fit! I also thought I lost my cell phone on another visit and they offered to call it for me! I've been there twice this week already and the prices were decent! The store may look small but they make a lot products fit in their space! Highly reccomend!

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The store has a decent selection of equipment and apparel for all different sports. I was incredibly impressed with the staff at this location. I definitely recommend going here for sports gear.

Great place for tennis shoes

So today we came into Big 5 and we needed some big big help because my daughter has quit of a big foot and was difficult to find a cleat her size in soccer, so today this wonderful young lady named Nina was on the way and came to help, she helped for 1+ hours she’s so amazing because she never gave up and she really did her absolute best and she’s so amazing and wonderful person to work with while dealing with this type of situations, because she really actually worked and looked hard and made sure we left the store with not jus only one pair of cleats but 4 pairs this women is litterly wonderful I can’t thank her enough, her name is Nina❤

Went in saw stuff I wanted, made choices , Salesperson let me try stuff on, liked it went home
