I would like to commend Jasmine and Irene of the West Covina Pharmacy. They are very professional and knowledgeable of their craft, and most of all, has a very caring and kind demeanor. They both have helped me and my husband in all our medication needs and we can always approach them if we have questions or inquiries about a new prescription. They truly are an Asset to your company. More Power and keep that smile in your faces all the time. You don't realize what a huge difference it makes to us.

The cashier lady who helped me with online order pickup was phenomenal. Very kind and patient.

People are so hard to please... but I feel we do a great job with hours/staff we have available... wish we had more hours/help to satisfy the masses. But we do try!! :3

Both pharmacy and store staff here are great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is always very clean, and the drive-thru service is excellent. I recommend this store. I am only knocking down one start because sometimes it takes a while for someone to help you at the photo center. BTW, the youtube video everyone is talking about the store in Covina, not West Covina. This is obvious on the video to anyone that ahs been to the West Covina store.
