This Express is hands down amazing! I met the sweetest people with the most amazing attitude. Raisa, she assisted with dress attire and color collabs for a company party we were shopping for. And Joshua, such amazing help! Assisted with proper sizes, and gave
us tips and tricks for the outfit for the evening. Honestly, don't think I would have shopped comfortably if it wasn't for them. Thank you!

I'll be honest, I was quite difficult trying to get the deal with the promotion going on. The entire team was so helpful! The entire staff in particular Paulina and Iliana were awesome. They were patient and helped me get the deal on the suits I was purchasing. Everytime I've come to this location they've been nothing but helpful.

My only gripe is they fold and keep the store soooo organized that when I go to look for a size of a shirt it's like destroying all of the perfectly folded shirts and I feel like a monster and so rude... But they keep the store so organized and tidy. Not a real complaint lol

The level of service I received from Express by their employee Graciano was top-notch. I've always liked the clothes at Express, but I have not known the professional care and customer attention that I was missing as a regular customer - until Graciano helped me pick out a suit.

He walked me through pricing and the different suit fits that Express offers. Once I was in the fitting room he was very attentive to check on me as to how everything was fitting. He kept bringing me different size suits and different size shirts just because I wasn't sure; it was obvious I was trying not to bother him, but he kept insisting that is what he is there for.

I told him I had an interview the same day and he offered to steam the suit and shirt for free! I don't know how this is only his/the Arcadia store location first review on google. I honestly doubt that I would have looked as sharp as I did had it not been for the boutique level service from Graciano at Express in Arcadia.

I was curious about this store and I was amazed by the clothing line they have here. All good. Good customer service.
