Target

This location has excellent customer attention. Attending representative assisted with Target app by giving full attention until the process was complete. I was able to attain Gift card offered on my purchases through the app Thank you.

A lot of places get really stingy about returns but target was really great about helping me return several duplicate items we got at Christmas which I didn’t have a receipt for because I didn’t purchase. They were really great in offering me whatever they could. I would definitely go back to them again.

I had an issue with a gallon of milk I purchased. I did not notice until I returned home that the lid was not on it properly and therefore we did not want to use it. The following day I returned to the store not knowing if I would have an issue with an exchange. To my delight, the young lady who assisted me (I wish I would have noted her name), was beyond professional and kind in remedying the situation for me. No questions, no problems. It was so simple. I was also assisted by a team member at check outs who was equally pleasant and helpful. There are so many Targets near my house, but this is usually my go to.

It's a target, clean and good employees but otherwise nothing of note.

The Yorba Linda target is always has in stock items and if they don’t the staff is kind to go back and get it for you.

The store is so beautiful and easy to shop in. It feels welcoming and like home and that is probably why I spend so much. The return policy is great and the customer service is amazing. Angie is my girl, she is always there and we also shop at the same grocery store so I see her there. She always knows who I am and says hello to me and my children. If she sees me in line or in the guest services she stops what she is doing and makes sure I am okay. Shes so happy and positive. I love seeing her at Target. She always goes above and beyond. For me she is the face of Target.

We ran in to purchase a couple of items. The store was clean and well stocked. The checkout lines were short and went quickly.

Polite associates at the drive up station. The waiting time is low. There are plenty of stalls for drive up pick up! Returns can be made and they are easy!

Just my local target. Always clean. Obviously more pricey than Walmart. Also customer service is way better!

I was here to buy a product, my card was a problem, I stayed about an hour to fix it and being able to buy it all helped me in support. I could maybe take my product after three hours and they managed to do everything within an hour and you also helped me to put the product in the car. He stayed with me for about 20 minutes while the Uber came, I can only say that the 5 star service is excellent. I really liked it I recommend you buy it here.

Spacious location in a large shopping plaza. I noticed a security guard when I walked in; it's fine, loss prevention is important especially in an area where there are unsavory folks. The shelves and displays are neat and stocked with supplies. The associates were super kind and helped me find a Target location that had the item that I was looking for!

I wasn't there for the incident that happened last July that involved a customer harassing an associate over mask mandates, but it seems--and I hope--management has fixed themselves up.

Very convenient for Drive up. Order with the App is super easy. But super annoying bag fee cannot be removed and not worth the time to request adjustment when employees forget to remove it. So I’ve been overcharged 4 times already within 2 months.

I am always treated as if I am an important customer no matter how much or little I buy. Someone always offers to help. The store is almost always clean and Angie in Customer Service is amazing. She really knows how to be helpful. She is kind and always cheerful.

About the nicest experience I've ever had at a Target. Great customer service at each level. Walked across the store to help find an item for me. Smiles at the register. I went in on the 21st of September 2021 at around 11am.

How awesome and friendly the staff at the store is. Me and my baby girl go in there at least once a week and everyone there has been extremely kind and very helpful. Store's clean, organized, and well staffed.
