Kohl's

I was thrilled with the help and advice I got from the store manager Brianne at the 1365 Kohl’s in Huntington Beach, CA, on Adams Avenue. I grabbed her because I overheard her sounding like she knew what she was talking about.

I had SO many (style) questions which she deftly and sometimes gently answered because I’m an old guy who hasn’t bought anything but jeans in years. I told her my story of an upcoming presentation a week away to a group of automotive guys. She helped my pick the perfect semi-dress pair of shoes that I had pretty much passed on similar ones in the prior three shoe stores. They will also go with jeans, of course!

I brought an old pair of gray khakis to try to match a shirt to them. After more (style) questions and gentle answers, I bought new gray pants. And a belt and socks that match everything.

I did my best to tell her how relieved I was to put this behind me since I’m still prepping for my presentation, which at the time was a week away. I was half a Kohl’s guy before, now I’m a full Kohl’s guy.

I'm a short person so I went into the store looking for pants I found the ones I needed that fit perfectly along with a few other items I bought the price for the pants was more than what I wanted to pay but at this stage I had to pay it I was greeted when I came into the store everything was easy to find and the store was neat and clean with the exception of the fitting rooms some had a lot of clothes hanging or on the floor I will definitely be back to shop there

Haaj took care of my problems as a great manager. She was so kind. Sharon the cashier was so warm and friendly as she cashed me out. Alicia was so kind to help me with this survey. You make it difficult to leave a compliment.

Store was clean and well organized and employees. We're very friendly and helpful!

One of the best Kohl’s i’ve visited. Staff are always super friendly and store is always well kept even when there are sales.

Great selection and great deals available considering it is a smaller Kohl’s then a lot of the ones I’ve been to.

Kohls in HB on Adam's has wonderful Helpful Staff. The Store Is Very Clean and Well organized! They have so many Beautiful Gift ideas for the Holidays and Clothes to wear for All of Our Holiday Parties!

Good inventory. Store looked great. Asked for help locating items & was directed to a new area, which had what I wanted.

Very pleased with the convenience offered, for Amazon returns! Much appreciated. A plus, the Amazon return receipt from Kohl's has a purchase coupon for their store. Nice if you need something. Sale prices are generous.

✔ Amazing clothing CLEARANCES - I picked up $70 pair of dockers for $15?!? There is many areas of the store with CLEARANCE prices.
✔ They accept AMAZON returns for FREE!!! Yes I asked 2 associates and the store manager - THEY ARE FREE AMAZON RETURNS!!! Just BOX it up & bring it in to the returns dept. (While you are there you can check Kohl's for the item you are returning to Amazon since they stock household items, toys, shoes, jewelry, clothing both casual & business & much much more!
✔ Staff is very friendly including the store manager Laura. I have never had a rude of unprofessional employee interaction at this location, despite shopping there for many months.
✔ They have many of the clothing accessories that Target & Walmart do not stock! (Scarfs, gloves, business attire elements & even off-season items that are hard to find any place else.
✔ Cologne and Perfumes are LEGIT!!! Not like watered down versions you find at other stores. DON'T forget that MANY local department & online stores stock inferior DILUTED name brand colognes. I worked for a big retailer and we would get less expensive colognes because the supplier was using an un-official source (counterfeit.)
✔ They have well made light weight workout apparel that is superior to Walmart's brands. (An exception is the Russell 2018 Dry-Cool shirts which are actually well made.)

OVERALL :: I love this store, any time I go to Target across the street I will first go by Kohl's to check the clearance racks and sales! Kohl's is a relaxed, enjoyable experience & the parking lot was just completely re-paved/asphalted so it is much nicer/cleaner than when Mervyn's was there.

All kohl's employees are always kind and helpful. I have been a kohl's customer for years. Never have had a bad experience.

The cashier sported a professional, friendly, and helpful interpersonal relation - as out of her own benevolent nature.

Great store. Lots of items to choose from, for any occasion. Lots of parking, I prefer the end side to park. Benches out front to take a break. Restrooms are clean and tidy. You can find sale racks to sift through when not in a rush. Highly recommend. Employee's are nice and helpful. I Do want to add that the store is always clean. The girl doing returns at the end of the far side of the building is patient, friendly, gets the job done for you. She works hard for you. So maybe there might be a few people standing in line, but did you notice they were happy when they left. I also ran in to a woman in the shoe department during mid afternoon I had not encountered before and she was professional, helpful and knows how to help you.

Store is always stock and very clean. Associates are helpful and friendly.

Found a very good toaster oven at very good price.

Great place to shop for school clothes and especially shoes. My son loves vans, they had some on clearance, which means he was able to get 3 pairs of shoes for less than $110. Plus you get $10 for every $50 you spend, to spend later

Kohls store is set up very well and it’s easy to find what you need. Unlike other retail stores, it’s packed with friendly customer service people who ask to help you.

The athletic wear section is great filled with lots of different choices and a variety of colors.

If you need to return an Amazon item, they make it very easy. I returned several items at once and the man who helped me was patient and nice as we scanned the codes.

I’d highly recommend going there for your Amazon returns.

I don't know why I don't don't go to Kohl's more often, but every time I do, it is a great experience. I went primarily to drop off an Amazon return (super convenient) and in addition, they gave me a coupon to use! I found some really cute Christmas earrings at 1/2 off and bought them with my coupon. How cool is that?! The only unfortunate thing is that the checkout line was really long and they had one cashier! After waiting in line more than ten minutes, they got more cashiers to expedite the queue, but I waited at least 15 min. I definitely need to come back here more often, but I hope they fix the cashier situation. The only reason I didn't walk away was the coupon.
