A hidden gem for thrifters! Clean and neat store. You don’t have to dig too much to find good stuff. Plenty of name brand clothing & designer bags for GOOD prices. This location is around the Rodeo 39 area; Rodeo 39 is often busy, so it can be hard to find parking.

Took in my deceased wifes new stuff, told them to put any jewelry they find to the side, they kept it, found empty packages later after I returned home., Not very honest.

Cool place. I would call this a high-end thrift store. Lots of good deals on used clothes for men, women, and kids. They do offer big name brands and discounted prices.

There sure isn't anything thrifty about this shop.

It seems to be more edgy, eccentric clothing so if you're ready to show off your personality and be a little different for a pretty penny, then sure this store might be for you.

Otherwise, this store doesn't seem to really make sense as it's quite expensive used clothing. Especially when something like this vulgar tshirt that I found cost $60.

Security guard has a nasty attitude and follows you around the store if you look young. The curation is horrible here. It looks like they just blindly buy items that are popular brands but don’t look at the actual clothes and are out of touch on what actually looks good. The pricing is also really strange. Poor condition 90s “designer” brands are marked at $200+. It’s giving Plato’s closet/forever 21. Definitely would recommend going to the Costa Mesa location instead of this one. Prices vary there but there’s something for everyone there.

Avoid this business like the plague. Took clothes in had a Versace shirt ,Balenciaga shirts etc he said only took a few things I wish I would have checked my mistake for trusting local business I got home all the good stuff gone 12 items including the Versace and Balenciaga for $12 avoid at all cost

Legit a bunch of gen Z losers that work here that know nothing about fashion, move slower than my pet turtle to give you a quote on items just to rip you off with ridiculous offers don’t sell here

Don’t waste time trying to sell here they aren’t educated. The “manager” told me that Oakley glasses wernt a recognizable name and she hadn’t heard of them. Then offered $1 each on the 5 pairs I brought in. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot but to say you Havnt heard of Oakley? Don’t waste your time

Do NOT waste your time trying to sell at this 2nd street. They do not know they’re stuff like the Costa Mesa Location. Brought in multiple different items from Stockx, Dover street market store in New York, AND THEIR own 2nd street store and the lady working this morning at 11am on 10/20 “needed a 2nd opinion” …what?

Why are you working at a resell store if you don’t know how to authenticate items???

Never had this problem at the Costa Mesa location, Never coming back to this store, hope it flops 👎🏻

Non-competitive with prices by Plato’s closet they offer you very little money for your stuff unless it’s Louis Vuitton EcoTown and Plato’s closet offers you more

Terrible service, very rude and entitled attitudes & tryed to give me 45$ for brand new tom ford glasses which cost me 450$ and i never wore them!? DONT BOTHER SELLING TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND STAFF COMPLETELY HAS THERE HEAD UP THERE A$$.......
