I Love, love, love this store. All of the employees are so helpful and friendly. Their products are the best. I love the lotions, bath products, candles and fragrances. Parking is convenient and plentiful. You must check out the Dos Lagos location!

I wish I lived closer to this bath & Body works. I drove 45min because they were having a sale that they didn't have in my district. Lovely store in very nice associates.

This store is perfect for us to go pick up our online order! The staffs were nice and friendly! My mom ordered it online and showing her online order number to employee and we waited few minutes and it came back with her order delivered! Recommended to go there with online order, whether it's on sale or not!

I have always loved to come to this store. Customer service is top notch, always friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always clean, well stocked and organized. My 3 girls and I will always come here for sure.

The store manager is definitely doing something great at this location. The gals are always so happy. I just stopped in to get some items for work Christmas gifts. Margo helped me with a great selection. I really appreciate the help

I love this place so much! You get so happy when you walk in the store with all of their scented stuff. The workers are always so friendly. And I would 100% recommended the rewards program because it is completely worth it😃.But be careful you might just spend your whole day there.

Tracey is an amazing employee. She helped me out from start to finish. I came in to exchange a few things and take advantage of the Easter candle sale and little did she know, I just had a baby a week ago. She offered to hold my items for me at the register while I grabbed my goodies and when she noticed I was grabbing candles she gave me a shopping bag to carry the items I was purchasing in. As I worked my way to the front of the store with 4 candles, 6 body sprays, and 3 lotions, she noticed that the bag was getting kind of full and offered to hold that for me at the register too. Of course I couldn't decline hence I'm still healing postpartum. She then made it a point to help me checkout at the register. This was awesome because she already knew what I was exchanging which she made totally quick because again little did she know, dad and baby were waiting for me in the car and I was in a bit of a rush. While she rang me up, she helped me maximize my sales by reminding me about the $10 off $40 purchase coupon and by reminding me that body care was buy 3 get 3 which I took advantage of and stocked up on some great new flavors that they have right now. Walking out with 4 candles, 9 sprays, and 3 lotions was a breeze because she packed my items in a way where the bags were not too heavy and I greatly appreciated that. The fact that she helped me from start to finish and did everything she could to go above and beyond without me even mentioning what I am currently go through was a true blessing, and reasons like these is why I'm leaving this review for Tracey. It's not only because of the quality of the products and the great deals that I continue to shop at B&BW, but because of the fact that employees like Tracey go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Because of Tracey's service, I plan to make it a point to come back to this location even though I live 40 min away. I just happened to be in the area and am so grateful I walked into this store. Please promote this woman, give her a raise, make her a leader or trainer for your store or something because she is one of the best assets this location has. THANK YOU TRACEY!!!!

Great service and everything is always clean and organized. During the week it’s essentially empty and easy to shop without the crowds.

I love this company but this store has amazing staff. Very friendly but not pushy. They explain the sales then let you shop. But are there if you need a question answered. I love their reward system it makes shopping more excoting getting freebies

It's nice to shop at this store because I can park out in front of the store. This makes it easy to shop and I don't have to carry heavy bags of soap products through a mall and back to my call. Love the convenience.
