5 stars, would get gas again

I'm very torn between my two experiences at this location.

My first visit was very pleasant (id say 5 star). I went the day before the grand opening to use a coupon for a free grill item and coffee, not knowing that I couldn't use it before the grand opening event days. There was a regional manager or 'higher up' named Johnny there that day and he offered to pay for my coffee and hotdog after he heard me ask if I could use my coupons. A+ experience, please praise Johnny for me!

My second visit (today) was the complete opposite. I went because I had a free coffee coupon from the spin to win game in the circle k app. First thing I did when I walked in was ask the cashier if I could use my in app coupon and she said yes. So I make my coffee then go to redeem my coupon and the same cashier tells me she can only accept paper coupons. When I told her I didn't want the coffee if I couldn't use my in app coupon, she said "it's bad to waste". So I left and went to another location (which, also to my surprise, doesn't accept coupons from the app).

Felt like highway robbery.

The attendant Minh is rude. Rushing me and yelling like he doesn't like his job. I will never come back to this location. I will find a way to report this employee to your corporate office he doesn't need to be in customer service at all

The troglodyte lady working in the morning 11-22-23 complained that I had to use the bathroom before picking up an order. She should stick to working under bridges where her attitude isn't such a PR problem

I stopped here to get gas and a coffee after a long flight back home. I had my service dog with me. He was vested and very clearly under control and assisting me. The very rude man behind the counter immediately yelled at me to take him outside. When I told him that he was a service dog he said, and I quote, “a dog is a dog, get him out.” I tried to give him a card I had that describes the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) laws and told him what he was telling me was illegal. He refused to take the card and insisted I leave. I did as I was at this point very uncomfortable and he was being very loud and confrontational. What happened to me was illegal. It was discrimination. I don’t have a service dog because it’s fun to always have a dog with me, I do it because I’m disabled. He’s more than a dog, he’s medical equipment. Their employees obviously aren’t trained in what is legal and what is not and worse yet don’t want to learn and instead will harass you.

If there are 0 stars, I will give them to the staff here….

This Shell station used to always have paper towels to use for washing your vehicle's windows, but for the past 6 months I have never found paper towels out. Dear owner, this is how to lose a customer who has been coming here for 20+ years. (Oct 15, 2020)

Did not respect my service dog (10 lbs and I carry him in my arms not hurting anyone or effecting anything.) and was super rude. Educate yourself on service dogs.
