Made an appt, and pharmacist was ready & pleasant. This is a much better location than the West Roseville one, so far.

I called in to check whether your Antelope store had a product in stock and your employee Carole N. (Employee #210) took my call. While she went to check on this item we got disconnected.
She took the time to look up my number and called my right back to let me know the item I was looking for was now in stock. I don't remember ever getting a callback from any store if disconnected. Now that is what I call Excellent Customer Service! Thank you Carole N. & thank you Walgreens.

Very convenient. Love the way the store is set up. Never out of any products. Helpful staff. Always my run to store for quick needs. I must say that most of their food products are a bit over price.

Today, I had gone to the Walgreens on Murrieta Hot Springs and Alta Murrieta Rd to pick up my prescription before heading to class. (Where I was provided excellent customer service, as well.) As I got on the freeway, I remembered that my prescription was supposed to be kept refrigerated. I was already running late to class already, so I couldn't go back home to put it in the fridge. As I got off the exit on Scott Rd., I saw a Walgreens on Antelope. I ran in and asked the Pharmacist, DeeDee, if I would be able to hold my prescription there until I could pick it up after my class ended. She was happy to oblige! She was absolutely amazing, I was very happy to know that I could count on her.
