We had a rep come in from bardstown and he was more than helpful! He was very polite and patient with everything we had going on and answered every question we had to the best of his knowledge as fast as he could!

Mackenzie and Michael were awesome. I was very upset about breaking my phone... they resolved my issue: and a great deal on a phone. I will definitely go back and get them to help me when I need it.

Tylyn has gone over and above to help me transfer from a Walmart phone to the apple. He is a definite asset for att. Very nice young man. So nice if I have an issue I can drive to the bardstown store for his personal assistance. I live within three minutes from Lebanon store. He is very knowledgeable about cell service

Michael is an asset to AT&T! He was so great to work with when I recently upgraded to the 12. He is extremely knowledgeable of AT&T products and services and provided me with a 5-star customer service experience!

I was having trouble getting my ATT account fixed after my husband passed away. I was in Bowling Green Kentucky for an extended time so went to an ATT store there and was basically told it could not be fixed unless I change my number. I came home to Lebanon went to the ATT store and was taken care of by Tylyn and Shalla and they took the time and solved my problem. The were kind and courteous. It was such a relief.

Chas Turner was extremely patient with us, we will definitely be return customers as needed.
