For truckers delivering or picking up. Great service, overnight parking, easy backing, lots of room. We came a day early, but too late to unload, had to wait because we checked in at 7:30 for a noon appt. but got out before 10. Just abt 10 mins to unload.

very nice people receiving open at 7o’clock overnight parking is available and early morning there is a food truck for breakfast really good breakfast once they Give you a door it didn’t take that long to unload your truck service is like come and go

For the quality the price could be a little lower and better customer service

I will leave two opinions: 1.- the store looks good inside and out. The attentive and friendly sellers. 2.- the assembly team leaves a lot to say, if you pay for a service and it turns out that they do not install the products well, between sellers and sales agents they do not give a quick response. I leave some photos so you can see how badly the assembly team works.

I worked for Parkmyfleet for a year as a Site Supervisor and left the company due to poor work conditions. They dont pay their bills. Liens have been placed on them multiple times. Human resources has broken labor laws on multiple occasions. They ignore city regulations regarding permits and overwork salary employees. If you have a contractor, have Parkmyfleet pay you in full up front, or they will leave you high and dry. Regional management is more concerned about movies and books instead of handling actual issues. Operations is delusional and listens to an inexperienced human resources lady on how to run a company to the dirt

Rediculously slow loading by pallet jack. Avoid unless if you have 5 hours for that. And there is no restroom at all.

It's really very bad for my purchasing in Aug. I bought two bar chairs for sale. I picked up them on the same day. However, I had waited nearly one hour outside the warehouse.

Half an hour passed by, I went in the office to ask when I would be serviced. Since the weather outside was extremely hot, the time was approach to 1 pm. I opened the air conditioner in my car.

I think I won't go back to Ashley for furniture any more.

Truck drivers my appt was for 8a.m they bearly started unloading at 10a.m and my load was not on pallets it was all on the floor which took them longer to unload, my day was screwed i missed my next pickup, didn't finish unloading until 1 in afternoon Do not deliver here or bend over for them when u get here

Google please give us choice for negative stars these people I don’t know racist or what for one simple load to unload more than 7 hours still here if u speak Spanish then u maybe go quick

Not a good place for delivery they took 5 hour to unloading me.
