Ohmies Vape and Glass Emporium #3

Visited this location last night and was treated extremely well by Tyler. Dude was super helpful and patient with every question, knowledgeable and helpful with every answer.

The more of a head shop by their inventory, most pipes, bongs, and such. Small disposable selection, and some fancier vapes.

I will definitely be back purely because of service.

Ohmies in Springdale is a good place to go for all your vaping needs. The customer service is excellent too! If you ever have any problems then Robbie "the manager" is the guy you need to talk to, he will fix the problem as best and quickly as he can.

This place is absolutely awesome!!! Their aervice was great..they helped with every question that was asked with true sincerity and honesty. Mike at this specific store is absolutely awesome. I usually try to not go here, but stopped in anyway, and this guy went out of his way to help us, even though he knew he wasn't going to be able to leave in time. He had great customer service skills and even upsold me on a better vape than what I was going to originally buy. He should get a raise for sure! Go Mike.

Hey! I'm usually a weekly/biweekly customer, i usually come in when MIKE is working, he is always a delight, very friendly always smiling and chipper, i really enjoy the VIBE this guy puts off. I will continue to come in on the days that he works. :)

This is my go-to stop for all my supplies! I love coming here! It’s lowkey a hidden gem! All the employees are super chill but also knowledgeable and friendly! Prices are reasonable and they also have good sales! I bring all my friends and family and they all love it as well!

I had a minor misunderstanding last night and called the store to address it this morning. After our conversation I had a massive meltdown due to my own anxiety and decided to call the corporate office. Not only did the CEO call me personally to address my frustration, but they went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make me happy. I was just having a bad day and I owe many thanks to the entire Ohmies team for being overly understanding and resolving my issue and then some. Also, Robbie works hard and knows his stuff. I'm sorry for overreacting and I appreciate your understanding, Robbie! You guys really are the greatest in town. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such great service.

Awesome place with extremely friendly employees! Went in a few weeks ago for a new battery and they were able to recommend one and get me all set up to go in just a few minutes. Weeks later it’s still the best battery I’ve ever gotten! Would recommend this location to anyone.

I love coming to this place I have a wonderful experience every time I walk through the door every employee is very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to make you happy. Great selection of glass at a great price as well! I highly recommend this store to any and everybody! Keep up the great work guys!

This store is so very helpful. My vape was malfunctioning and Conrad was able to fix it for me enough to get me through until I can get another one. And he had it ready before I had to leave town the next day! What a wonderful experience to have such great customer service!! Thank you so very much.

Great Vape Shop. Large selection of tanks and mods. huge selection of juice including nicotine salt juices. Nice battery wraps and replacement drip tips. Then on the other said they have all your Glass smoke pieces form small to extremely large. they have something for everyone.

I went in there with a recently purchased yocan regean. The gentleman’s there were both professionals and down right awesome. I recommend coming here. Awesome staff who get on their game
